Just bought a bagel with sausage egg and cheese. The bagel is hard as plastic. You can’t even bite into it. This has been the 2nd time I’ve recieved one like this. Been there about a dozen times. Won’t be back. Coffees mostly always burnt to.

Service was extremely slow despite having multiple people in the store. (Also this was at like 10am on a weekday, not during a rush.) The person who took my order didn’t speak English very well, so he was hard to understand. He was very friendly and smiley, but I think he was trying to make up for the fact that he didn’t understand what I was trying to say either. My order was made wrong, I asked for a frozen coffee, but was given an iced coffee (despite my boyfriend ordering the same thing as me and his order was made right). The chain advertises their bacon smackers as “8 slices of bacon” but in reality it is 8 tiny chunks of bacon that could never dream of being called a whole slice of bacon. (Not the employees fault there, but extremely disappointing.)

The biggest piece of advice I can offer anyone who stops here is CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Because this is so close to work my cowokers and I are regulars. It never fails, something is always wrong and needs to be either re-made or you have to ask for the missing item(s). Today for instance, we ordered 4 drinks. 3 of them were made completely wrong. The phone number listed on the receipt is incorrect so we are calling corporate at this point. It’s to the point we are all considering driving out of our way to the West Rd location just to save us the hassle of having to deal with this location anymore.

Every single time I come here there’s always issues. It takes forever. Came an hour after they opened with no muffins and only 2 types of bagels. After them trying to give us a coffee we did not order, we asked if the food was correct. He looked at the paper on the bag and said yes. After getting a couple Miles down the road, we found out instead of getting a bacon egg and cheese bagel we got another regular bagel. Had to turn back and no offering something free, a gift card or even an apology. Whoever was supposed to get this bagel had a burnt bagel anyway. Live less than 5 minutes away and been there 5 times since opening….I dont think we will be going back. Especially with Tim Hortons across the street and a Baskin Robin’s not too far.

Only giving a three start rating because the 6 am crew is amazing at their job and always do everything perfectly. The rest of the shifts on the other hand are extremely rude. I’ve had my drink shoved in my hand with holes in the cups causing my coffee to leak everywhere. You never know what your drink will taste like because they never make anything the same. Even if you go to get your drink corrected, they’ll simply just make you the same drink incorrectly. They really need to work on training their crew better. A lot of the people are simply there for a pay check and the service is terrible. But amazing job to the early morning shift!
