Passed by with my kids this morning for coffee and donuts… we were not looking for something fancy or special … most of the items we were looking for were sold out … my Donut tasted OK but the coffee was way below my expectations… my son took boston creme donut and he couldn’t eat it and ended up in the dumpster… not a pleasant experience

They always have a good selection of fresh donuts and never run out. The staff are hit or miss. Sometimes they are really nice and other times not so much. Location and parking lot is to be desired but I understand they can’t do much about that.

They don’t have cold brew after 4pm half of the time, but another dunkin a few miles away told me it’s because they don’t feel like making any more. Not sure if that’s true but this is the only place that i have that issue with. The employees aren’t very polite besides the older lady, she’s always very kind. It seems like half of the employees just don’t really want to be there and seem bothered if you ask for more complex things. They all work hard regardless, I just hope they can offer cold brew later on in the day

Overall, this location needs work. Every single time we have came here they never had ice cream. One time it looked like two girls that were probably 13 years old working there only. The line was long, and she didn’t no how to scoop ice-cream so it took about 15 mins for her to scoop it for a smoothie.

The staff here is rude, I got the feeling I was not welcome. I asked a few questions about the menu the girl was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her when I was the only customer in there. Food was wrong and the coffee tasted burnt.
