Ok so usually I go to this location and get coffee for work. I’ve had a few bad experiences but nothing drastic but today was the most irritating thing. I order a Carmel macchiato online for pickup. I get to the speaker I tell the girl my name she says pull forward. I go to the window and she says “we don’t have Carmel so I made you pumpkin spice” I proceed to tell her I do not want that and to please cancel the order. She tells me no and she cannot refund me and I have to take the beverage. I decline as I do not want that. She bring over a manager who says the same thing. Then offer for me to sit in line while they sort through their delivery that they were in the PROCESS of receiving. Mind you I came here on my 15 minute break which was mostly taken up by the cashier trying to force me to take a drink I did not want nor order. I tell the manager I cannot wait since I’m on break I just need a receipt showing the order was cancelled. They first handed me the original receipt I declined. The manager then reprints the receipt and gives it to me knowing it’s not what I’m requesting. Rather than argue and be late for work I just drove off with the 2 same twin receipts. I think it’s not only rude but unprofessional what happened. If you don’t have what I order online you should cancel the order before I even arrive but instead u let me waste time and gas coming to get a order that you picked out yourself. Not once did I approve any substitutions different flavors or authority to anyone in that establishment to change my order. I need my money back NOW and I probably will never come to this location again.

Drive through lady changed our order from a blue coolata to a iced cofee and refused to change the order. That was an upcharge to a more expensive item.

The guy at the window taking orders was taking them at the speaker and then having to retake everyone’s orders at the window, causing a massive back up. After re ordering, they still gave us the wrong order. I couldn’t understand most of what he was saying and if he would have just slowed down a bit, it would have probably made things a lot smoother.

Order is wrong most days I’ve gone there. Today went there and drive thru speaker was broken and looks like it didn’t work and was going to fall over being held down with 1 or 2 bolts. The place in general looks run down. Ordered 2 coffees both made the same except one no sweetener. No labels were on the coffees and I asked the worker which had the sugar and she didn’t know..even though she made it. I’m a diabetic and pregnant and just have to hope for the best I guess. Big health risk to the public not taking a few seconds to print and stick on the labels. They weren’t busy either, I was the only one there.

When going through the drive thru, I was surprised it was drastically slower than the Tim Horton’s drive thru during the week. I had to say, “I need napkins” 6x because the person couldn’t understand me. When I was at the window, I asked again for napkins and I was handed 4 napkins for a dozen donuts. I was irritated and left with the cheap, poor quality 4 napkins to bring to my client with 12 donuts.
