If I can give negative stars I would. Visited here early morning and ordered an iced coffee. When I got to the window the lady handed me a hot coffee. I politely said that I ordered an iced coffee not hot. A guy she was working with came over and he said to her “ what did you do” and her reply was I didn’t make this mistake and walked away-very unprofessional. People there need a 101 class on customer service. I won’t be going back to this location if they were the last dunkin standing

John and Mckenna were and always have been very accommodating to my mom and I whenever we stop by their store. Each time they went above and beyond to make our experience stellar. John really knows what he’s doing! They were out of our favourite drink and John whipped up a substitute that was even better than our favourite, now we have a new favourite! Very friendly location, our go to spot now. Thanks for all you do!

My mom took us to Dunkin’ to buy us food and the wake up wraps weren’t heated properly. The cheese wasn’t melted as it normally should come. One of the wraps were missing an egg and the lady at the window was rude and was on her phone. I only have it one star because I can’t give it 0 stars. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want fast but poor service.

For awhile this location got good, the past few months it has been absolutely terrible again. Wrong order 3 times in a row, drinks are never made right or they don’t have the stuff to make them. Overall this store really needs some help if plans to be around long.
