So sad to say customer service has gone down the drain. I have never been to this location before. I worked in food service for 12 years long ago. From the get go rude over the speaker in drive through. No good morning, welcome to DD. The tone wow unbelievable. They messed up my order I said no problem. Took what they gave and left. When I got to my destination looked at my coffee now they have messed it up further. Went back. Rude again. The way the guy in the drive was looking at me, with mean stare…a bit uncomfortable. It wasn’t that they messed the order up again and now I had to go back. It was the way i was treated. I Will NEVER go back there! Teach your employees how to greet and treat customers! I would have gotten fired if I was so rude. Disgusted.

This Dunkin’ Donuts has such poor service. I came through the drive thru today. I ordered a Oreo mega cappuccino blast. Large. It took 2 people 15 MINUTES to make ONE drink. I had a 2 year old in the car and a 2 month old. They were playing around, joking and not taking their job seriously. They were drinking the left over as I was sitting there. It was done for multiple minutes but took their sweet time. My family of 5 stopped going there because the service is so horrible. And to add, there was no one in front of me. It shouldn’t take 2 people to make 1 drink. My boyfriend has been going to a different Dunkin’ Donuts because the service is horribly slow. And they are rude. The boy didn’t even give me my receipt. He didn’t ask me at all.

Went through 5/27 around 9:15 to grab breakfast for the sales team. We go by all the time and are right next door. Wes misheard on the order and only put two instead of three. Instead of trying to fix the mistake, it was easier for him to be snobby and tell me I would have to go around the drive through again, which we just spent 20 minutes in. His other alternative was to have us come in, and wait in the backed out lobby. This was really disappointing as we always swing through, and he had no desire to make the situation better. His customer service was more like an experience with a toddler that did not want to be at work.

Ashlyn, Jenna and Cade are the best!!!! They always do their best to make sure that the quality of the food and or drinks that they put out there is precisely the way you like it! They do their best to go above and beyond to make you happy. I’ve been there when customers have been straight up rude to the workers however the workers keep their cool and always put the customer first. Thank you Dunkin Donuts we love you!
