Fast service. Love the omelet bites and snackin bacon! I stop here whenever I’m working in the area. Much faster than the other location I go to. The first time I went here in 2019-2020 they were super slow, things have improved!

We decided to order from Dunkin’ for a little fathers day treat but the service was terrible. We paid for 7 large drinks and the staff let us know they were out of large cups. We got 3 of our drinks in a large size and the other 4 were medium. It wouldn’t have been an issue except for the fact that they charged us for 7 large drinks, there was no offer to reimburse us or change the order. On top of that, the coffee was basically just milk with flavoring and they left out the one food item that was meant for our father ON FATHERS DAY. There was no offer to fix our order or reimburse for anything. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you’re looking for good service or good food/coffee.

YUM!! Being that this is one of the only Dunkin’ Donuts in the area, they did a really good job on my order. The coffee was sweet, not watery, and made exactly as ordered. And the food was so tasty and you can tell they took their time to prepare it with good quality. The Dunkin’s I normally go to are sub-par so it was nice to go to one that did everything right!

Tables near Dunkin were all dirty. It was not busy at all. We were the only customers. Took about 10 mins to get a bagel toasted with butter. The bagel came out with cream cheese, which was no big deal, just remake it please, I dont like cream cheese. The cashier argued about how she had rang it up correctly and the guy in the back messed up and then pushed the bag back at me and told me to just keep it because they can’t take food back. Explained I did not want it, its not what i ordered and i wont eat it because I don’t like cream cheese and to please just throw it away. She still pushed it towards me and said she can’t take it back so I did her job and threw away their mistake. Again, no big deal but just the attitude and principal of it.

I have ordered a everything bagel and the last three times I have not gotten what I ordered. I guess I have to unwrap it and check because I utilize the drive thru on my way to work in Saginaw. I don’t understand? How can they continue to just give me whatever they want when I clearly say an everything bagel?!?!?

You make a mobile order then wait 30+ minutes to get it. Can understand being busy but when it’s drive up only and there’s 4 people standing around come on! Sat at the drive up order speaker for 15+ minutes with no greeting. For a mobile order!! Awful service awful employees awful food. Not worth the money or time.
