Today….. The lady in the drive-thru, in front of me, was handed the wrong coffee. She realized it after it was already in her hand and car. She then handed it back to swap for the correct one. I got to the window and was handed the iced coffee that the previous lady was given and gave back. WHAT?!?!?!. I asked the cashier, before taking it from her if it was the one the previous woman had in her car and handed back. Cashier was honest and said yes, as she laughed. I asked for a fresh iced coffee to be made. I then waited 10 minutes. I am there daily, Monday through Friday. I will never go back. I was laughed at when I asked if it was the same coffee and then made to wait longer as everyone else was helped. Huge health code violation. I’ll find a different place to enjoy my coffee.

Takes a lot to get these women to move. Attitudes are trash just like their customer service skills. Stand there and stare at you like you are a problem when you want to order. Can’t grill a sandwich properly – not even toasted/soggy bread. Rude when you ask questions about the menu. 1 star is a far reach.

I love there coffee. And it’s down the road from me. But it’s all teenagers and all they do is stand around. I was standing in line to get smokes and the lady walks away from me to go and talk to the other girls in the coffee area. Young man doing trash seen it and helped me. Either get more help or have better mangerment.

I was looking forward to this location because it’s closer to where I live compared to the Okemos location but I’ve been pretty disappointed, especially after today’s visit. The positive is that the service has always been pretty quick. Unfortunately, today we ordered an XL coffee with cream and a strawberry frosted donut. Once we got to the window and paid, the cashier started to give us a large ice coffee. I let him know we ordered an XL coffee with cream-no big deal, mistakes happen. We were still charged for the iced coffee and the given a large instead of XL like we ordered. Annoyed, but again not the biggest deal in the world. We got home and then saw that we didn’t get the correct donut either-there was a glazed donut instead of strawberry frosted like was ordered. These mistakes aren’t the biggest deal in the world and I understand that they happen but we were pretty disappointed after today’s visit.

A very convenient stop if your hungary and need gas b4 jumping on the highway to work. The homemade fresh donuts are the best in Holt. The staff has been very helpful and kind. I can’t believe a biz like this hasn’t gone up sooner…perfect spot!
