I went to a Dunkin Donuts Drive-thru for the first time ever a few weeks ago, at the one located at 763 S. Michigan Ave, in Howell, Michigan. I had been inside a few times at other locations, but this was a first for the Drive-thru. I ordered an Avocado Toast and 2 Jelly Donuts, which were both excellent. However, when I got home I realized I was given only One Jelly Donut, instead of 2 like I paid for. I called and went back and they gave me the Jelly Donut I was missing, plus an extra one, so that was resolved that time, but still, not a very good experience for it being my first time ever going to a Drive-thru. Then, a few days later I went to the Drive-thru again at the same location, and this time I only ordered 6 Jelly Donuts. I received all 6 Donuts, and my total was $7.49. It was almost midnight, and I paid with a $20 dollar bill. My Change should have been $12.51 (a Ten, 2 Singles & 51cents). Just as I received my Order and my Change, another Car pulled up behind me, so I pulled right out immediately and just stuffed my Change into my front Shirt Pocket. There was No other Cars there until the one pulled up behind me, so they definitely were not busy, and therefore, I never dreamed I would ever be shorted on my Change, but after getting home I took that Change out of my Shirt Pocket, and much to my surprise, realized I was only given 2 Singles and the 51cents, and was shorted the $10. I waited until the daytime to call back, hoping that by speaking to a Manager, they could tell me if their Register had an Overage Amount on that day. I did speak to a Manager (an unfriendly one at that), who acted as tho I was trying to pull a fast one on them just to rip them off for a few bucks, and told me that there was No Overage on the day/morning in question, but, in fact, there was actually a Shortage that particular day (of $43). Imagine that, they had a Shortage of $43, which means that when you factor in my $10, they really had a $53 Shortage, but my extra $10 they ended up with brought their Shortage down from $53 to $43. I’m not saying that they were totally dishonest with me, but I will say that I am 1,000% sure that I paid with a $20, because I had actually pulled over and stopped in their parking lot to get the $20 out of my Wallet before pulling up completely to the Order Spot, and I’m also 1,000% sure that I only received $2.51 back in Change. Therefore, those 6 Jelly Donuts were some damn expensive Donuts, so just be AWARE if you go there, and Check that you received the correct items, but MORE importantly, that you received the right amount of Change, because I strongly suspect that if 2 major mistakes were made with Me, both within the same Weeks time, that there is a HIGH probability that the same is happening to many others!

I use this muggs and bopps multi times a week. Was glad when they got the Dunkin but the service isnt good. They don’t want to be there it seems but that actually seems to be the norm today in any kind of service industry.

This is a welcome addition to the Mugg and Bopp’s facility South of the highway. We visit this shop frequently on our way to see our son and his family. The ability to get a DD coffee or cold brew will be a significant added attraction. It is just a coffee counter with no seating, but in context that is fine. They also have a drive-through. The service was polite and efficient and they did a good job on our coffee orders. This was the first stop of many to come, I’m sure.

The 2 young ladies working clearly did not want to be at work. They were nothing but rude to my husband and I when we went in to try and order. They claimed they could not make a certain drink even though the app ( for that location ) said they could. When we tried to tell them that they may want to update the information, they got all sorts of snippy and said they don’t control it. Well then simply pass along the message ladies. They then very snottily asked if ‘that was it then’. For a new franchise, it’s not a good way to get customers and keep them coming back.

Not impressed. I tried to use my rewards, but the guy could only scan my loyalty so I didn’t get the deal that I came for. When I asked him for help he said he didn’t even know how the app worked..? Got a breakfast sandwich bagel and it was not very good. The bagel was burnt and it did not taste how it usually does. The vanilla coffee is way too sweet and just tastes weird.
