Got a gas in Okemos Dunkin donuts and checked the receipt. For regular gas they charged me as for 95. I went inside the store and asked what was that. The supervisor tall, big, young man said that receipt showed 003 that means I got 95. I asked how it happened because I pushed 87 button. His answer was: “I am not saying you are lying but the receipt says you got a premium gas.” He mentioned it happens sometimes m “You probably pushed 95 button with a hose”. But I know exactly what button I pushed. There were no excuses. He just did not care. I left. Then I realized he got my receipt. I came back and asked my receipt and a phone number of his manager. He said he can call a manager and talk to him. He went to his office and talk to a manager behind the closed door. Then he came back and said:” Nothing we can do.” One more time there were no excuses. I asked his manager phone number. He said he can’t give it to me but he took my name and a phone number stating that a manager will call me next day. I asked if he can call after 3 pm because I’m a night shift nurse and have a few shifts in a row. He said:”No. Manager will be here from 9 am to 1 pm.” I was surprised why he can’t call after 3 pm. “You live a good life, I see.” Of course, manager have never called. I just want to say :” Beware! How many times we are getting a gas in a hurry, never checking receipts, or charges? They know that some gas pumps are malfunctioning but they don’t care. It’s better to sell a premium gas and get more money.” Check your receipt before you leave this gas station. Very bad experience.

Ordered a med order of donut holes for $7.99. I asked what the flavors available were and was told blueberry, jelly and glazed chocolate. I hate powder sugar donuts so I asked for just the 3 flavors she stated. I got the box. 4 jelly, 4 chocolate and the rest powder sugar They were the driest things I’ve ever tried!!!!! As of donut holes are not severely overpriced but to be given the ones you dislike and then ALL be stale

I frequent this location as it is close to my job, and it usually is an ok experience. A few times though, especially today its been a miss. Sometimes it is hard to keep up with what people want, but today I was the only person in line and asked for an iced caramel latte with oat milk and 2 sweet n low, my usual order. At times they have forgotten to add I need oatmilk, so I’ve had to completely discard drinks at times. Today, they decided instead of making me the drink I wanted to slap my sticker over what was really an iced Caramel Coffee. Just very frustrating seriously and I didn’t drink this either. Wasting so much money here has been disappointing. Attached is a photo from after I took MY sticker off the drink.

Interesting place… we ordered chocolate covered doughnuts like what was pictured on the menu and received a doughnut with a blond glaze and peanuts. The server said, “oh! We don’t make chocolate covered doughnuts!”

If you are accustomed to DD on the east coast, the donuts will only disappoint. I’ve given them several visits and the donuts just aren’t tasty and have a much different consistency than DD along the eastern seaboard.

Highly disappointed in todays visit. As seen on the receipt, my drink was to have whipped cream on it and that was clearly neglected. And there’s absolutely no excuse for this as the cashier charged me .30cents (first time ever – which is fine just unaware of this) for a pup cup OF literal WHIPPED CREAM yet still could not execute getting it on my drink. No long line or anything, just lack of paying attention.
