Honestly would give this Dunkin a 0 if I could. Every time I go they always manage to get part of my order wrong and they take forever. I understand being short staffed but the most recent trips I have made there they have 3-4 people working and when I pull up to the window 2 of them are just standing there talking. A month ago I had to email management due to them messing up my drink and sandwich. Today they did not put cold foam on my drink (this happens regularly) which costs me extra, but they also made me a sandwich that clearly had a moldy egg. I have seen them prepare the sandwiches, someone had to look at the egg when making it and would have seen the mold. I had already ate half of it when I noticed it. This is by far the worst dunkin I have been too. I would rather drive out of my way then go back to this location.

I waited 10 min in the drive through and no one answered. When I went to the front door an employee was locking up at 5pm when they are supposed to be open till 6pm. The guy said that the other employee was in the bathroom and to go back to the drive thru. This time someone answered but told us she couldn’t make any food because they shut their ovens off 30 min before close. Yet it was an hour before closing. So I left. Terrible service. I will not be back to this location.

I ordered a cocoa mocha, but they forgot the whipped cream and straw??? It tastes like burnt ash, no flavor. There’s a brown substance collected at the bottom of the cup, which I’m assuming is the chocolate drizzle that’s supposed to go ON TOP of the whipped cream (that they forgot about).

Stopped at this location while passing through early in the morning. Russell was great, but seemed like he was there alone during prime coffee time. As someone who has worked at a coffee shop, early mornings are the worst and can be super stressful- I can’t imagine doing it by myself. Rating 1 star for poor management, but 5 stars for Russell somehow doing it alone and for the fresh breakfast.

Donuts are tiny and disgusting. Hardly any filling. Crunchy outside really sucks when you’re expecting a nice soft mouthful. I felt obligated to eat the whole donut and It made a tear come to my eyes with every bite I took. Never again

i would give them a 0 if i could. Always out of everything food related by 1pm. Constantly making things incorrectly or just poorly. I have been getting dunkin multiple days a week for the past 3 years and have never experienced a dunkin as awful as this one.

Did an online order at 4:30pm (they close at 6) and walked in to pick up my coffee that I had already paid for. There was one girl in the building eating at a table and she just said “we are closed”. I walked out and tried calling their phone number but never got through, so I left after waiting 20 minutes. What a waste of time and money.

They were all extremely rude, arguing with eachother thru the speaker, they said they had no expresso ? It looks very dirty in there and my food tasted terrible. I work in customet service so i always give the benefit of the doubt and I never write reviews, but this was not it lmao

Service was very polite but really slow. The iced coffee with sweet cold foam came out with chocolate foam because they ran out (and didn’t ask if it was ok to substitute until they were handing it out the window). The biscuit bites are very small and more bread stick dough than biscuit. The dogs loved them.
