For starters, whichever girl has purple hair in her braids, should take a refresher course on customer service. I come here often and I know for a fact that you carry hot sauce, due to my visit not even two days ago i received hot sauce. She suggested I come into the store, go behind the counter and look myself. As if I’m a liar? Pitiful. Don’t ever disrespect a customer like that. Whoever the shorter, skinny brunette guy is that works there exceeds expectations and deserves a raise, the purple haired girl on the other hand should figure out how to communicate to customers.

I used to ALWAYS stop at this Dunkin before work. I tried to go today at 6:25am & sat there for 5 minutes before someone says “We’re not open for another 30 minutes.” Okay, then maybe update your website if you changed your hours; or maybe put a sign up. I don’t know? There was a line of 4 cars total, clearly everyone else thought they were open as well. And the fact I sat there and waiter because the pre-recorded voice recording asked if I would use my rewards.

Do not eat the doughnuts if they aren’t fresh in the morning. They will continue to serve doughnuts even when flies and gnats will fly all on them. I use to work at this dunkin doughnuts and I had seen there was MOLD in the ice machine. I quit immediately.

Can you say slow!! I order ahead on the app then wait ten plus minutes to find out they didn’t make my drink. They say come to the counter to let us know you had a mobile order. Isn’t the point of a mobile order is for you to run in pick it up and get out. You can stand near counter for ten minutes and no one will greet you.

Everyone who works here is very helpful and fast service during my visit. I got a variety of muffins and they are very soft and fresh tasting. The peach refresher is on the sweet side but still good.
