We used to love Dunkin DONUTS. It’s terrible now! Most all of the “donuts” taste like playdoh and if you go through the drive thru for donuts, do not expect to get what you actually ask for. The people are great! That’s a good thing at least! Always bubbly and always seem to be enjoying their job which is a welcome change these days! A+ for customer service in store for sure! Coffees not bad…

This was my 2nd time trying dunkin ever, and it was very disappointing. We ordered a medium iced coffee, 10 munchkins and a bagel. After waiting for 5 minutes in the drive thru, the coffee and bagel came out, except they also gave us a wrap instead of the donuts. I sent the wrap back saying this wasn’t ours, then I was told there would be a few more minute wait on the order. 10-12 minutes went by and they gave me a bag with sandwiches in it, and before I had the time to tell them it was wrong – 3 of the workers were yelling at me to “wait” through the window. I handed back the wrong order AGAIN, then they asked what I was missing and I said munchkins. They were apologetic, but the experience of food, quality and mostly service was so bad. By the time we got to the bagel after holding up the drive through line for 15 minutes, it’s quality was ruined. I won’t be back. This was probably the worst fast food experience I’ve had

Please watch your order. It seems they have decided that 1 1/2 eggs is equal to the 2 eggs that are supposed to be on the sourdough breakfast sandwich. This first time, I thought it was a mistake, but it has happened twice now, so obviously, it’s not a mistake, but management is trying to cut corners

They could care less of the patrons going inside the store to order. I remember I came in by myself (there were only two cars in the drive-thru so figured I’ll just go inside) and was waiting about ten minutes for someone to take my order. TEN FREAKING MINUTES. I mean sheesh. Wanted to see if ordering was better in person but no way. Also, employees will try to argue with you if you ask for no ice. Seriously? What a crazy power trip.

This Dunkin Donuts is really bad. I went there today to get a strawberry frosted and a Boston cream and they didn’t have either of those. It was 3:15pm so I don’t get why they wouldn’t have popular donuts at this time. So I had to get something else. The donuts I did buy were super dry and hard, it was not good. I haven’t been here in 3 months and the last time I was here it was the exact same issue. I’m starting to think this is a on going problem at this store. I’ll probably just get sweetwaters from now on.

I ordered through the GrubHub app. I was highly disappointed in the store! I ordered four sausage, egg and cheese wraps.. I didn’t get the sausage. The tators were smashed and cold. The brown thing in the picture is a double chocolate donut with chocolate frosting… Just dropped to the bottomed of the bag. :/ I called the store and the girl on the phone said there is NOTHING they can do. I got on GrubHub and requested a refund. They only refunded HALF of what I paid. I won’t be ordering from this location anymore!

This Dunkin was already bordering on terrible before they replaced their crew who had a small idea of what they were doing with one that has 5/6 people working and visible through the drivethru window not doing anything, waiting in said drivethru for 15 minutes for two coffees (which were both screwed up), getting yelled at through the glass window being told we couldn’t order there (even though we already ordered), and having to have their manager step in because the new workers could not make sense of a mobile order or the order of cars’ orders.

I’ve attempted to try Dunkin three times now. The first time they were out of cold brew, the second time they were out of eggs so I couldn’t get egg on the sandwich I ordered, and the third time I ordered a iced latte with caramel and white chocolate and they were out of white chocolate. The coffee is good but they’re always out of the things I try to order. Not sure if it’s a shortage issue or what.
