The food products they sell are very good, but service is very slow. I understand staffing is shorthanded, but they need at least 1 more person behind the counter. Also they run out of donuts early. But they’re the only Dunkin in the area.

Not very good of a location. Consistently got my order wrong, constantly out of menu items and short stocked, under staffed by employees that are probably under paid, and I concluded you’d be better off going to Dunkin’ in Stevensville for better and faster service. I remember one day there was one lady working there at that moment, running back and forth from cooking, taking drive-thru orders, and running the register at the counter alone. Atleast I respect the work ethic of that individual.

Very rude staff. I went before work and ordered two wake up wraps and she threw them into the same small wrap bag squishing them. One was for my co worker and I didn’t appreciate having to handle her food. She also gave me incorrect change, but I figure it was a 25 cent tip. It was not worth the annoyance of driving back through. The two times before that I’ve had incorrect orders…cheese when I ask for no cheese. No meat when I ask for turkey sausage and pay for it. I understand checking to make sure your order is correct but it’s sad to think that I’d have to go back through and deal with their mean staff.

The manager was yelling at multiple employees in front of everyone in the dining room and almost made a girl cry, he harassed her for at least 20 minutes, and that was JUST what we saw, and it continued after we left, we felt uncomfortable and sorry for his victims.
