It’s hit and miss at this location. Many times they can’t get my order correct and give me back the wrong change too. Today topped it off though.. Went inside and there was two people working. They were both busy doing drive through. Another customer had walked in and waited a few mins and he decided to leave. They eventually got to me and I paid with cash. The man had accidentally shut the register and didn’t know how to open it. So I was stuck there waiting for him to call someone on how to open the register to get me my change. Eventually he found out how and I was able to leave while I watched my drinks melt. My second drink was for my dad who was waiting for me to drop it off to him. So yeah if you go inside expect a wait because they are to focused on the drive through then customers in the store.

Great place except for some false advertising. Note the signs offering a doughnut for $1 “with any hot or cold coffee”. We ordered a hot latte (which to any reasonable person would meet the definition of “any hot coffee”), but the server refused to price a regular doughnut at $1 because a hot latte is not a hot coffee. Excuse me? Why post a sign that you’re not going to honor?

Everytime I’ve ordered Dunkin the coffee tastes gross, burnt, and too sweet. Today when I received two coffee that I paid $1.50 more per drink for larges and received large cups that were filled barely over half way.

They have the sweetest most hardworking people, one in particular I wish I could name, a younger girl with black hair, she does drinks and is always efficient and kind. Plus, a brownie battery filled donut, um yes please, they are close to heavenly.

This is my morning go to place. They are dealing with short staff ATM so if you see that just do drive thru or mobile orders. Drive thru seem to takes priority to them then when someone walks in. But otherwise no complaints. It’s a fast food place. Can’t expect perfection.

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks due to poor communication between staff members. Also the lead/supervisor had to call corporate to give us a refund of $7.80 which in itself was ridiculous and counter productive, as the phone call was 5-10 minutes long. Wasn’t the worst service but was ridiculous and could’ve been prevented if staff would communicate with each other and also listen to customers.
