The donuts were good as usual. I was there Monday Morning, August 21st. I do understand that we in America are under staffed everywhere. The 2 people working the entire store were clearly overwhelmed. Drive Thru was their main focus. They probably should have closed the lobby.

I first want to say I am a business owner, infact I own three. Cleanliness and customer service are HUGE. Deflated balloons, dirty bathroom, dusty shelves, spilled coffee splattered on the wall, to name a few of filthy things I encountered. It took a while to take my order and when he finally did he didn’t even know the answer to my questions on sandwiches nor did he seem to care about finding me the answer. I simply wanted to know if egg was on my sandwich. We waited forever for two sandwiches. I have gone to several Dunkin Donuts shops and have never experienced this. Poor management, poor training, and a lack of knowing what a restaurant should look like. This place desperately needs help. All starts with great leadership!

Maybe went on bad day, or maybe I just don’t care for the food, but either way it was our first and last time we will ever go there. We ordered breakfast and there was nothing good about any of it. Hash browns were terrible, sandwiches were not good at all. Everything went to dogs. They seemed to like it I guess.

bro EVERY TIME i get breakfast from dunkin, they mess something up. if i order a sandwich with white cheddar, they give me american. it’s fine usually. i’m a lil mad i payed extra for different cheese but it’s whatever. BUT TODAY, i order a turkey sausage egg and white cheddar on english muffin and i’m excited i got my white cheddar. but then i realize… NO SAUSAGE AT ALL?! yo that’s just wild. anyway. its not like i’m gonna stop going to get food from dunkin. breakfast food is my fave and they serve it all day. just in a bad mood today and very disappointed.

I’m giving a two generously since the coffee was good. The service was fine until the person who was laying in the lobby walked behind the counter to grab a bagel.. did not wash hands, no hair net and just grabbed food. Next as we sat in the lobby same person grabs their blanket they are laying with in the lobby and heads behind the counter again. This time sitting on the counter where drinks are handed out, eating. After finishing their bagel, still sitting on the counter, they head back to the lobby to grab their vape and proceeded to hit it while inside next to a minor. After this they return behind the counter to again grab food off the service line and begin eating it, with the blanket still wrapped around them. This all happened while we sat in the lobby and watched the staff allow this. I believe the person going behind the counter was not even working. The lobby and entrance were also not very tidy or clean.

They definitely to fo by first come first served. We walked into the building the first register said please use next register. So we waited as the drive through was busy. Other people came in and got in line the worker went and opened the other register and helped people coming in the door. We were going to place a large order. That’s why we went in. I don’t know what we were thinking. Never again. I gave a 1 star because you can’t leave it blank
