I LOVE Dunkin Donuts and get it when I can, but lately the service has been disappointing. The ONLY person I’ve observed doing any decent work is the red head girl Lily who takes my order every time, makes it, and gives it to me. No one else in this location seems to care as much or put in work of any quality near hers. I’d leave a 5 star review if I were just reviewing Lily, however the work I’ve observed being put in by others is just disappointing… it seems like they also rely on her to do just about everything.. Unfair! I hope that this changes soon or else I will not be coming anymore.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. Placed a mobile order for a single drink and 4 food items. Took 30 minutes of waiting inside the store to receive my order. Asked twice about the status of my order and was told I’m just gonna have to keep waiting. Store was not very busy and saw many drive thru orders get prioritized and cooked before they even started making any of my items. Had like six employees working and at least 2 of them were just standing around during this entire time. Won’t be returning to Dunkin’ and I recommend you don’t order anything besides a donut or coffee if you come here.

I like this Dunkin’ location. They def don’t fill the drinks all the way, which is upsetting with the price. Didn’t ask for light ice either (Dunkin’ is sure to overstate and overstate that asking for light ice means less drink in your cup). So what do you have to ask for to get a full cup? Lol. Fix this issue and no complaints!

I’ve been to this location many times, and others as well. I’ve never had an experience quite like this. To say the least I am disappointed that Dunkin would think this is acceptable to serve. If you wouldn’t eat it, why serve it to someone else who is paying to actually eat it?! I understand that food service isn’t easy and mistakes will be made, but working for a coffee business myself, I would consider the customer and just remake the food item that I messed up on. To add to my negative experience, dunkin workers are not very friendly and act like they are unsatisfied with their jobs.

So this review is all about how clean and nice this location is since everyone has had a Duncan experience before. It’s newer and always a clean and fresh atmosphere, just be prepared for a line. I’ve never been without at least a few people in line inside or out, but going in is usually faster.

Today was the second time I ordered on the app and I think I’m about done. The first time I ordered they were out of COFFEE. How can you run out of coffee? Then I get there to pick it up and they give me my order without saying anything. I had to go inside and ask where my coffee was and they said they ran out. What?! Okay. Gave me a refund.

I went to the 86TH St location on Saturday 5/13/23. After waiting for 24 minutes in the drive through lane, is was told that they were completely out of doughnuts. I spoke to the shift supervisor and i was told that they were short staffed. No apology or compensation was offered. No attempt to make it right was even hinted at. To top off the horrible experience the listed store phone number is disconnected. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! There is a very good Krispy Kreme Doughnuts just down the road, and they are never out of stock or good customer service. I bet that there phone number works too.

Ordered pick up inside (this location notoriously known for long waits in drive thru line). Door locked, no one comes out. Proceed to wait in drive thru 15 minutes. Let them know the door is locked, and like other reviews have mentioned “we have it locked because we are so short staffed” there was 5 people working
