The staff always seems to have an additude, when I went back inside to get my drink remade because it was a iced matcha not a plain iced coffee, (which it even said matcha on the sticker) they acted like they didn’t want to even approach me. I showed them they made the wrong drink and someone finally made it, with the wrong milk. At this point I didn’t wanna get it remade for the 2nd time so I just left.

By far the best Dunkin’ Donuts in town! I go here a lot and I have to say, anytime I go to this certain location.. I get the same ice coffee and it’s always spot on and the staff are always so welcoming and so friendly! Their avocado toast in my personal favorite go to breakfast from here, it’s always so fresh and just plan out yummy. Literally the only Dunkin’ Donuts I prefer going to from now on and would recommend anyone to this one!! 🙂

This location is the best in the CR area. I have a Dunkin addiction They’re the fastest and open early, so I can get to my 5 a.m. work shift with coffee in hand. Staff in the early hours are fantastic. I’m sure staff is great all day too.

There was literally only 2 workers present when i went. It took 10 minutes or more if that to get my 2 drinks then i pull up to the window and they ask if i ordered a different thing. Very disorganized and the employees might be over worked ie. Explains the 2 workers.

Go about 3-4x a week and get a large black coldbrew, half the time it’s great the other half it tastes like water and looks like iced tea:/ employees are always great though. My favorite coldbrew when it’s made correctly!

The drink was great but for the last few months whenever I go, the glazed chocolates NEVER have any glaze! It’s really annoying when you’re pregnant and craving a certain thing only to be let down. You also get more mad about it than you normally would Haha.
