I had a horrible experience today with the manager of the west Burlington location, Rita Brown- she came to the window with a huge attitude and told me she couldn’t do anything to help me, that I needed to call the corporate office because the app was not taking off my free drink I earned with my points I had just redeemed before getting to the window- she was nasty and rude, arguing with me at the drive up window- I told her that is NOT how you speak to customers, I am at that location almost daily- my husband was with me and also getting very upset with the way I was being treated. I will be calling the corporate office on Monday- she also stated she would be calling her manager- I hope it’s to apologize for the way she treated her customer today!

I ordered a donut and they gave me the wrong one, so I mentioned it and they told me they would correct is. So she went back inside and came out with a new donut in a box. Well I didn’t think to check it before I left the parking lot. It again was not correct. I ordered. Brownie donut and got a jelly filled one. Plus the coffee is bitter.

My drink took less than 30 seconds it felt and he was nice enough to throw away my other drink for me since I lacked a cup holder. Even as an SB partner, I’d still recommend stopping by!
