What should have been a 5 minute trip lasted 10/12 so I left. Managers should be there and should assist rather than letting people stand and sit. This has to be the most pathetic Dunkin I have ever been too. The selection was quite abysmal. I thought Dunkin was supposed to have donuts?! A small selection and nothing that stands out. The Hyvee has better donut selection. I kinda looked and left, granted I haven’t been in a dunkin in 12 years, but I did not expect that. The staff was super friendly, I will give them that. The store was clean and it had a very “Starbucks” feel to the layout. I wont return again because when I have a donut every now and then I would be nice to have a selection at least, especially when the name should say it all. Dunkin Donuts.

Ordered ahead on the app. Picked up my order, and got back to my car. When I got back to the car they didn’t have part of my order. I went back in, they told me that they were out of it. So, they would have let me drive away paying for something I didn’t get.

The icing on these donuts is super sticky and should not be piled in a bag. They need boxes for all. The workers claim it’s due to humidity but other stores’ frosting doesn’t seem to be affected by the same humidity.

Nina and Olivia are AWESOME. I love their energy, super positive, upbeat and welcoming. I now want to go there every night as this Dunkin is right on my way home. Not many baristas will listen to a long order for a specific drink(s), but these two were so patient and phenomenal. If you have to go somewhere to get a drink or an order that’s very specific due to allergies or just preferences, go here and ask for either of them. Amazing experience!!

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have been to. I was there in the spring and had an issue with ordering a decaf and receiving regular instead. The manager finally reached out to me after numerous emails. She was very young and instead of offering me a refund she asked me how I would remedy the situation.. I agreed to come back and receive a corrected drink as a remedy instead of just a straight up refund. Big mistake. I came in roughly 1 month later and they had a new manager who knew nothing about this. Today was the first time I came back after all of that thinking maybe the new manager would have this place together better. NOPE! Sat in line for 20-30 minutes, ordered our drinks and mine again was made incorrectly. It was an iced latte that was 99% milk. The only thing they got right was the whip topping with caramel drizzle. I called immediately upon leaving and trying my drink (should have known to try before driving off). My number was taken and I am awaiting a call from the manager but this time I will not accept a new drink. Just want a refund and to never return unless they have new owners that value their business and their customers. Edited to add that I have tried to call for a refund 3 times and have never gotten a call back. Very frustrating 🙁

The lobby is closed. I don’t have a problem with that, but they don’t have the donut menu board in the drive through, which makes it really hard to order. I tried to order chocolate glazed donut and they tried to make chocolate frosted. I asked for old fashioned donuts and they gave me plain cake donuts that were already hard as rocks.
