Not consistent with the way they make their coffees, especially iced coffee. Every time I come to this location, I order the SAME thing but it is either watered down one time, tastes like straight strong coffee next, and just cream the next time. This is the only location that has no consistency to how they make their drinks.

Absolutely horrendous experience. When Dunkin decided to mass fire their staff and start fresh I gave this location another chance, after that I had no issues previous to today. The incompetence of the employee I had an interaction with today was indescribable. I truly could not believe this would ever be acceptable by management. I was screamed at, refused service, told to leave and that I wasn’t allowed back at this location all for me simply putting up a boundary that I did not have time for their poor service. My expectations are not high, I don’t have unreasonable demands but I do believe there has to be accountability for representing an establishment so poorly.

The past few times I’ve gone to this location, the coffee has been extremely watered down and overall not good. I’m not sure what’s happened the past two months at this location, but the quality on everything has gone down tremendously. I’ve never had a problem like this at any other Dunkin I’ve been to, it seems like a Clinton problem.

Why are you listing items for sale that at specific locations don’t offer those items? Your inability to update your website/at store menu are atrocious and misleading. Which apparently results in negative/inappropriate behavior from the working staff because of your negligence.

Ordered a maple sandwich and 2nd time that I received it partially cold. Coffee was not hot and not stirred even after I requested it. They almost never have the donuts you ask for. And don’t ask for the Midnight coffee because they won’t make it for you.

The app rarely works right and that’s the only way to get or redeem rewards. The coffee is really not good but the donuts are great! Staff and management do try their best to make things right when the app fails but it’s definitely annoying. Our of the ten times I’ve ordered through the app or tried to get rewards only one time actually worked the way it was supposed to. Out of those same ten times the coffee hasn’t ever been very good. :/
