How Could This Possibly Be 2Stars let’s give it a try. The order was missing 1 of 5 items. The bag was covered in frosting on the outside and we didn’t even order anything with frosting. Below is what the napkins looked like with out being used.” By us anyways” One of the sandwiches “ the one they didn’t forget” looks like they warmed up the egg ahead of time and then threw on a craft single when we ordered but the sandwich wasn’t warm enough to even melt the cheese. And the lid to the drink was very clearly dropped on the floor before put on the drink. Save yourself the emotional trauma and just go to the Starbucks across the road.

I have gone there two times and each time has been a mess. The first time I was overcharged and told me they could not correct it I would need to go to corporate. Today I went to pick up my mobile order and waited at the speaker for ten minutes before somebody would acknowledge me. When I got to the window they made me pull ahead and wait again. When my Chi was handed to me it looked like pure milk with a little swirl of a sticky brown substance in the bottom of the cup. Then the guy at the window asked me if that was everything I was supposed to have and when I told him no I was also supposed to get a doughnut he said I needed to tell him what kind. What was the point of doing a mobile order in advance? Really terrible service and let me also state that when he threw by chocolate covered donut in the bag he threw it in upside down and all the. Chocolate stuck to the inside of the bag

Had a horrible experience at the Sussex Dunkin Donuts. Waited in the drive up for 6 donuts- had chosen the drive up because I had two small kids in the car- one who was sleeping. They wouldn’t let me specify what I needed and said I needed to come inside. I then got both my kids out, went inside and proceeded to stand there for 5min before anyone even acknowledged I was there. Finally ordered my SIX donuts and the gentleman who helped me was rude. I will not be back.

I work in food service so I understand messing up on an order here and there, running out of food once in a while, etc. It happens! But I have visited this location twice and read the reviews and have come to the conclusion that this store is managed poorly and that they don’t train their workers properly. The first time I ever went into this location I wanted to order a few donuts and was told they were out. It was 2 or 3 pm when I came in and apparently they had a really “busy” morning so not donuts. I gave them another chance a few days ago and wanted to order ice cream. I wanted chocolate and was told they were out. The girl was nice-ish, she never apologized for the inconvenience but she wasn’t unfriendly. The whole vibe of the place is really unprofessional and unorganized. It’s a shame too, you can tell the location was just built. Hoping for new management soon since this location is right by my work!

Unbelievably bad customer service. I showed up at 6:45 am for a phone order I made the day before. Donuts were boxed and ready but not the coffee. It took almost an hour for them to brew the coffee and box it. I would have left but I had no other coffee option and needed the order for an event I was headed to. Won’t return

Most of the time this location is out of donuts. I usually don’t mind that . Today I decided to get a hot sandwich and a dozen donuts for the kids. When I got to the window I got my hot sandwich and was told to pull to window 2. I waited and waited. Then pulled back and was told they were super busy with online orders but they will get my dozen donuts now so pull up. At this point I was annoyed my hot sandwich was getting cold and there were no cats behind me to hold up me getting a dozen donuts. When she handed me the box it had chocolate and vanilla icing smeared all over the bottom and top. So I told her does she really expect me to put this on my fabric car seat her reply was that’s what happens when you handle donuts. At this point I wanted the manager so Kayla comes over and tells me I made the other worker cry and it’s a simple change the box. That’s all I wanted was a clean box. Kayla had an attitude with me the customer. I’ve worked in customer service and you do not treat customers like that. The owner should care more about who they assign as manager. If I could give no stars I would.
