Ordered a mint chocolate chip polar pizza from the cudahy baskin robbins. Was told it would take THREE days to make. Okay fine. I waited. Sent my husband to go pick it up on day three and it was done incorrectly. Little to no ice cream on it. A lot of sprinkles and m&m’s. I read the description of the polar pizza before I ordered to make sure everything on it I would like.

Sorry about the 1 star for food, but we weren’t even served so couldn’t give anymore. We stood by the register for 10 minutes without 1 of the 3 ladies saying hi or even saying just a minute. They just took orders from outside and didn’t even act like we were there. Worst service I have ever been a part of. Nice new place, but probably need to get better staff or do some training.

I’ve been to this location 3x in hopes it would get better and each time it is worse. The ice coffee I ordered had barely any ice and was still warm and tasted like a burnt pot of coffee. The muffin I got this morning was the Size of a cupcake made at home and was wrapped on a plastic bag. It was so soggy that when i pulled it out the bag it melted in my hand. This location never has the items it advertises. The south milwaukee location is 100x better and I will continue to use that one when I do decide to go. Final and foremost, they are MORE than rude at this location. I am not sure if they are the owners but they are extremely rude. The only friendly person I have experienced there has been Denali.

I’m impressed they got a fairly large menu, two ordering counters for ordering Dunkin’ or Baskin-Robbins and they’re open to 10pm every night so if you need a ice cream or shake fix you don’t have to wait in a long line either.

I received a welcome coupon for a free scoop when I signed up for their email list and downloaded the app. I arrived today and waited 10 minutes before I was able to place an order. Initially the cashier was going to assist someone who walked in after me but I let her know that I was their first.

I’m so happy to have this location in the Cudahy School District area. Such a great convenience to have Dunkin and Baskin Robbins in one location. We were due for a nice ice cream shop in the area. The staff were very friendly and patient while we decided on which ice cream flavors we chose. They did not have the Dino ice cream scoop for kids so my little guy was a bit upset so he settled for the alien instead, they also have a unicorn option which is just a piece a chocolate placed on top of your scoop with sprinkles. The place was very clean including the bathroom. You are able to use the Dunkin app for ice cream and donuts, download it for great offers. I love that there is a drive through for the days I can’t get out of the car. Lots of options all in one donuts, muffins, coffee, smoothies, breakfast, ice cream and shakes, oh don’t forget the ice cream to go and ice cream cakes. Only suggestion is to get a cooler like other locations for milk OJ and apple juice for grab and go. We definitely will be back.

I’ve given this location maybe 5 or 6 tries… I think they may just need some training? I’ve gotten an iced caramel latte every time and it’s been actually horrible every time. Tastes like watery milk. But today was the cut off for me. I pull up to the window to pay, they seem confused of what I ordered, I paid & they handed me a bag of food and then handed me a bright orange drink. I told them that wasn’t mine, they said that’s what i ordered, I said I got an iced caramel latte, it was up on the screen correctly and they told me “no you ordered iced tea.” Lol anyways, apparently I ended up having to pay for 2 sandwiches & a large iced tea that I didn’t even order on top of my gross drink. Not usually one to complain but this location needs some help/training

I ordered a latte and a doughnut. It was comical. They were basically out of every variety they offer. I was told “We are very low on doughnuts today” That is their premier product and variety is their hallmark. And the store is open 24 hours a day. Very bad strategy for sales.

Now that the donuts are no longer made on site, who knows how long they sit out. I bought a 10 pack of munchkins and they were very dry. We also got ice cream from 31 flavors which was fine.
