I will never order from this place again my food tasted horrible and it looks like they don’t clean there grease or their stove top because the way my food looked and tasted. I love me some Dunkin but not this one. This is the second time I ordered from this one had had my order messed up.

Ordered donut holes and when I picked up they were day old and hard. When I talked to the associate she admitted the glazed and blueberry were from the day before and they had no fresh blueberry. With a slogan like made fresh daily. That is unacceptable.

We finally have a Dunkin Donuts on the Northside. It has dual drive thru’s, and inside café. The second drive thru is for online orders. They will be ready for quick pickup. They have the full selection of warm and cold drinks including pumpkin ( personal favorite). There is also all the donuts, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is first rate.

I have to say the amount of respect I have for these workers in unfathomable. Every single time I go there WITHOUT FAIL there is only one person working. (Usually the same person every time, I’m unsure of his name) Despite there only being one worker, he makes service fast and efficient.

The store looks new, and is very clean. The food always tastes very good, and the donuts are always fresh. The only downside is that customer service is pretty slow. It takes a while to get service when you go inside, and once you get an employee to notice you, it takes even longer to get your order.

I waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru with absolutely no acknowledgement. I pull up to the window and ask if they are taking orders and he said he was the only one working. Which if he was by himself I could understand but again say welcome to Dunkin I’ll be right with you. Most times service is fine but this time was awful.

This location has gone downhill since our last visit a couple of years ago (now August 2022). We entered at 9:30 am as the only customers to find every table was filthy and the staff were watching videos on their phones. We went ahead and ordered a few donuts, a breakfast sandwich, and coffee. After about 15 minutes the staff got to our sandwiches. The premade eggs were set on the bare counter while the rest of the sandwiches were assembled prior to adding. The coffee was served cold. We asked for a new coffee which required several minutes to make. They advertise as a coffee shop with no coffee during breakfast hours. Aside from the service, we will not go back due to the lack of cleanliness throughout the restaurant. This is unfortunate because this location was very good a couple years back.

Customer service is horible. Ordered from here plenty of times, some have not been right but already gone so delt with. Today i ordered the cookie butter cold brew on line and got just black with cream. Owner said that’s what’s on his tag, showed the app receipt that shows cooki butter, just told me it’s not his problem take it up with Dunkin. No refund, no exchange, walked away.

i used to work here. This is my honest experience. At first it was good, there are positive reviews made about me. The customers loved me, the store relied on me considering I worked with 2 non english speakers. eventually I saw the dirty side of my manager. Daniela Malku. My coworkers never once wore gloves when they made food. My manager would tell me to rinse the cups that i dropped on the dirty greasy floor and reuse them, proving that all products were unsanitary to a certain degree. Especially the food. This is a health code violation, cross-contamination AND inadequate kitchen sanitation. The 2 guys got fired, and for 2 weeks I ran the store all by myself. Id wake up at 3 am, open the store at 4, and close it at 4-6 pm. Those are 12-14 hr shifts which is illegal for a 15 year old, yes i was 15 at the time. After doing all that I still had to pay for my coffee and show her the receipt. I was responsible to pay all cash register shortages when the camera proves i never stole a dime. I never payed anything. Now I work at a place with ACTUAL management, making me realize just how awful and illegal working here was. Shame on you Daniela Malku, and shame on you Kardo Rasha. I will never work under an entitled 26 year old woman again.

They should atleast tell you they are out of a certain donut before giving you a random one you probably don’t even like and end up wasting. And why are they always out of the blueberry donuts, especially at 8 in the morning. Clearly they are most commonly bought so should they make extra or something? Also the iced coffees are horrible, how you going to work a coffee place and not know how to make coffee? Wanted a iced coffee last time I’ve went and received a warm “iced” coffee with zero ice in it. Fed up with this place. Better off spending more money at Starbucks
