Tried the new location for the first time today. The lady at the drive-thru was very nice and explained they didn’t have much for donut selection currently. We were sad to find out the donuts we got weren’t very fresh and honestly didn’t taste like a Dunkin’ Donut at all. Didn’t even want to finish the glazed one because it didn’t have flavor Hopefully, it’s just a fluke, and they are still working out the kinks.

I love the Dunkin and Baskin Robbins company. This location is very very slow. Not sure what’s going on. Spent almost a good 30 minutes in the drive through. Not sure if they have enough staff in the morning or what. Do you guys have a supervisor or manager in the morning? They should be helping. Have to speed things up especially when people stop by for their coffee and food before work..not happy with them today. Won’t be coming back in the mornings

It’s ok if you go after 8am. DONT go here before that if you are on your way to work though. I left early from my house so that I could stop at Dunkin’ on the way into the office, waited in line for almost 20 minutes. The employees don’t seem to care how fast they get stuff out at all. Good but don’t be in any kind of rush at all to get through this line. I wound up leaving without anything due to the wait.
