I really only go there for the size of the coffee they offer 32oz is what I need to function. drive though always takes forever. inside is always messy. and unless you order what’s on the menu without modifications it will be wrong. I understand staffing issues is always a problem and if your busy customers will always make a mess and you don’t always have a minute to go pick up but if it takes 15 minutes to go through the drive through someone has got to not be doing their job.

Place is constantly filthy. Horrible customer service. Never got a hello, thank you, smile, or have a nice day. Kids just standing around instead of emptying trash piled up . Doors and windows filthy. Pig sty. I’ve been a frequent customer but not anymore. I will go to Kwick Trip instead, at least you will get a warm welcome. And it’s clean.

Haven’t had the best of luck with this Dunkin yet. Drinks seem to be hit or miss, especially their hot coffee. The iced matcha is consistently good though!! Staff are very friendly always and prices are great! Nice seating area inside for coffee dates or working on schoolwork.
