I ordered a large iced matcha latte with little ice, as I don’t care for much along with the ham and cheese croissant. Once I received my drink, I noticed it wasn’t full of liquid. I asked, and they said because I wanted little to no ice. Well, I would expect the prices you pay they would top it off with liquid regardless of the ice. My food was good but also not worth the price, I would gladly pay for it again if it included some hash rounds.

Went to the drive thru and ordered 1 large French vanilla cappuccino and 1 large French vanilla iced cappuccino. We got our order and the hot cappuccino wasn’t even half full and the iced cappuccino was about 3/4 full, the cold one was loaded with foam. The hot one was just plain empty with no foam. The hot cappuccino also tasted like hot milk. Completely flavorless. I paid FULL price for HALF the cup full. RIDICULOUS!!!! The pictures are taken before I even drank anything. Once I took a drink and realized it was flavorless,I threw it away. I should have took them back but I had already left town. GET IT TOGETHER DUNKIN!! Looks like a lot of people have had the same problem. Dunkin needs to read reviews and LEARN from their mistakes!!!

Service and drinks were great! Got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and the bacon was barely cooked. Had to wait til I got home to cook it a bit more. No one likes soggy bacon, guys. Microwave it a bit longer.

We got 4 cones their. I actually used to manage the B&R in Dubuque for 2 years when it was still open. Our cones from the Platteville location were SOFT, TOUGH AND MEALY. NOT AT ALL CRISPY AND FRESH LIKE THEY SHOULD BE. AND THAT WENT FOR ALL THEIR VARITIES OF CONES…CAKE, SUGAR AND WAFFLE. We each like a different type of cone. And the young man who waited on us… very much needed more training. Besides the cones being in ABYSMAL CONDITION, our cones BARELY HAD ANY ICE CREAM IN THEM! I TRULY BELIEVE HE GRABBED A KIDDY CONE SCOOPER. They were shockingly under filled! I ordered a 2 scoop waffle cone. My second scoop was so RIDICULOUSLY SMALL, I COULD SEE THE FIRST SCOOP WITH NO PROBLEM, and BOTH SCOOPS COMBINED DIDN’T EVEN REACH THE TOP OF THE CONE, MUCH LESS GO OVER AND ABOVE THE RIM OF THE CONE. Same with the other 3 cones. Very, very, Very maddening and disappointing

I’m sorry, but this store has really gone downhill! My husband decided to treat me at work with a drink and my excitement quickly turned to disappointment!!! He ordered a large cold brew with sweet cold foam 4 pumps of vanilla, extra almond milk, and 4 Splenda. And I got a large cold brew with maybe a dash of almond milk, no vanilla flavoring, no sweetener, and no cold foam!!!! You even tell by the picture that there is no foam and barely a drop of almond milk! I honestly can’t wait for Star Bucks to open!

Dunkin’ Donuts is my hometowns life blood. I have never gone to a Dunkin this messed up. Very argumentative staff. Even after a renovation they can’t make donuts correctly. I spoke to the manager, she said they don’t have time to do it correctly being the only one in town. Coffee is never filled up all the way. Everytime I go I know something is messed up. Honestly save your money go don’t the road a mile to the McDonalds. I travel the country and have been all over the state of WI and by far Platteville Dunkin is the worst in the state.

We have gone to the Platteville dunkin a few times. Never have I ever been thrilled about the experience. This time takes the cake. My husband and I ordered 2 Signature Carmel Craze lattes and a hot chocolate for our daughter. Go through the drive through, they ask us to pull forward no big deal. A few minutes later, a woman walks out with 1 large iced coffee and hands it to us. I say, “we ordered 2 large hot Signature Lattes and a hot chocolate.” She says “sorry.” And goes back in. Then out comes a gentlemen who brings us the 2 drinks we ordered and the hot chocolate. Husband and I taste the coffees, super good! I let the hot chocolate cool for my daughter. I get about 2 miles from Platteville and I take the lid off to dump it in my daughters cup. (She’s 3.) this is what I find. So, again, it’s for a 3 year old. It’s not a big deal they shorted us. But I try it first, and it’s literally water. I would have been better off just getting her some hot chocolate from the gas station. I try to be really understanding. But this was a bit over the top.
