Three out of the four days a week I work, I stop here beforehand to get a coffee. I usually mobile order, and my order had never been incorrect. I’ve always been able to get my drink very quickly, and with a smile. It makes going to work in customer service a little easier

I was just served snacking bacon with cold bacon grease splatters all over it. Very tasteful, this is an item I’ve received several times in past. The pacing was limp and very disgusting. The manager came over and told me that’s the way they’re now making it. Excuse me. I had it last week and it was good. I feel this morning’s experience has been the worst ever.

I usually love this store and the crew members are always friendly but lately the old crew is kinda missing. The friendliness of Michelle Dee and Emily my favorite Baristas but lately the older gentlemen who works there now isn’t the same hes not as friendly as the regular crew members last week I was in the store when he yelled at Emily in front of me and another customer now I will only come In when I see Michelle working please bring back the original crew and have Michelle work more she is one of the reasons I keep coming back

Very poor customer service this morning(3/4/2020). I asked for a medium frozen chocolate with NO espresso. Now I get to throw a medium frozen chocolate away because it has espresso. Female had attitude while I was ordering. I’m just glad I’m not allergic to expresso. It seems the younger employees listen better then then older ones.

Their iced coffee is decent, the power breakfast sandwiches are awesome! The espresso shots are hit or miss (I assume depending on the barista), it does come out tasting quite bitter sometimes. I always order my sandwiches with no cheese, and sometimes they mess that up, but it’s a drive thru place.. what do you expect! Overall, usually a lovely experience.

Ordered a energy coldbrew with one pump of caramel one cream on the side came out looking like it was extra light I told him it was wrong he said he made like I ordered I have it back to him and walked he did offer to put another turbo in but I just wanted my coffee made correctly like everywhere else in the country. That is the second and last time I’ll let them screw my coffee up!!
