First of all, we went to order and the lady who took our order was EXTREMELY rude to us. Most of the food they had on the menu was supposedly discontinued. When we got to the window to pay the cashier was snippy towards us and rude once again. They told us to pull to the front, we had to wait almost seven minutes for our order. When they came out they had one of our drinks completely wrong and didn’t even bring out our food. When we corrected them, they became distraught. I do NOT recommend coming to this Dunkin’ donuts!

About a week ago i went through the drive thru with 2 kids and right off the bat when we got to the drive thru the lady who was taking our order immediately was pushy and rushing us to place our order after i asked for her to give us a moment to figure out what we wanted considering we had kids with us and she was very rude and had an attitude and when we finally were done with our order after we were basically rushed and talked to rudely and got to the window she was very snippy and rushed us to pay and pull in front of the store so someone could bring us our food and drinks. i’ve never had a bad experience at this dunkin but this lady was by far rude and pushy. i understand drive thrus have a time but she had no sympathy or kindness to offer.

At 3:40 on 07.17.23 I went thru the drive thru, the female employee was rude, even rushed us. I asked for what they had and when asked for something they didn’t have she was extremely rude. We decided not to order and left. There was no other cars in line and when we drove around no one in the store. I’ve never had this poor of service.

Went there with my wife, we purchased 2 coffees and a chicken and roasted pepper chorizo wrap. At the window, the male worker handed us our drinks and our food a minute later after walking away from the window. My wife passed the bag to me, at this point the worker said “oh it’s for him?” referring to me and then told us to “enjoy”. What he said alone wouldn’t have been a cause for concern but how he said it and his mannerisms convinced me not to eat it, bad vibes, very sus go to one of the other Dunkin’s in town

So many black flies buzzing around we had to fight for our food. Women’s bathroom out of hand towels, dryer out of order and the manager didn’t care. He told me to go into men’s bathroom and dry hands. Pathetic.

I am super disappointed in the service at this location. The girl who took our order was rude. She had an awful attitude. The coffee tasted awful and ended up getting thrown out. Super disappointed. I drink Dunkin regularly. It is my go to coffee shop. This experiance was awful. Do better Dunkin!
