Don’t waste your money here. We ordered a large iced matcha latte and they gave us a matcha Frappuccino. We asked for them to remake it so it would be what we ordered and that took 20-30 minutes. To top it all off, the remake was not even made to fill the cup! They gave us 3/4th of our order. I’ve never seen this before….

Busy tourist area, so it was packed. We ordered at the kiosk, which I’m not opposed to vs. a cashier. The coffee was good. The donut was a donut. The food we got was a little cold/not really warm, but not frozen in the middle (a breakfast wrap). Because it was so busy, and we’re not a-holes, we just ate it. Next time, we may take to go so we can heat up in a microwave at the hotel we’re staying at. Overall, it was not bad. The store was clean and tidy, so in between customer rushes, someone was making sure the lobby was decent. Quick bite before a day of adventure in Wisconsin Dells!

Nice employees, good coffee, just need more healthy alternatives in the food dept. Most everything is quite sugary or white processed food. Like the multi grain bagel, but more often than not, it isn’t available.

Went here two days in a row. Both times I ordered an iced chai tea with matcha, made with almond milk. And both times, they didn’t put matcha in my drink. My second drink is straight cows milk with a hint of chai. Today’s drink is completely white from the milk. Awful service too. No one told us to have a good day and the girl at the drive thru kept rushing us to order.

How hard is it to make a simple cup of coffee? It shouldn’t be difficult at all. But even the employees at Dunkin managed to screw mine up. I ordered a ‘half-caf’ with cream and 3 Stevia. I received a black coffee with no Stevia. Not what I wanted as I was traveling cross country. Disappointing.
