Picked up an online order and both of our drinks were disgusting. Went back to ask for a refund and a person who appeared to be the manager was giving attitude with his expression and eye rolls etc. Poor quality coffee and terrible customer service ensures that this location has lost my future business.

I was so happy to get Dunkin’ after not getting it for months, let me tell you I would not return to this location! It was a half an hour before close and for some reason there drive through was closed???? Anyway we ended up going inside we were so excited to getting some yummy food at Dunkin’ they told us there ovens were turned off, a half an hour before close??? Anyway we also tried to get one of there delicious refresher drinks, they ended up telling us that they were out of lemonade and green tea! Then they proceeded to laugh as they told us to have a good night.

I waited at the drive thru speaker from 5:25am to 5:36am and received no service. When I first pulled up to the speaker I was asked if I could wait a moment to place my order, I said yes that’s fine. After 11 minutes no one had spoken or helped me so I said hello three times before I was asked again to keep waiting. I would rather be asked to come inside if that’s easier rather than wait with no service.
