Really sad that they are discontinuing the salted caramel coffee flavoring syrup. However, I compromised by getting a cold brew, adding caramel, and then adding the salted caramel cold foam to the top. Was still pretty good coffee.

Won’t be coming here anymore. Always a hit or miss. I always order the signature latte. On two occassions, I had to ask them to remake because it didn’t taste correct. The first time, seems like a new employee made it wrong so that’s forgiven but second time the espresso was stale. I literally just ordered on the app and coffee was made when i got to the window. And they put soo much ice. I ordered a medium and large and it’s never fill to the top. I also asked for less ice but when asked them to remake they put ice all the way to the rim. WILL ONLY GO to Rib Mountain from now on.

Great service!! But this is the second Dunkin I have been to in the last 2 weeks that has been out of Everything Bagels. That is obviously a popular item. Getting to either place before 10 a.m. might be a good idea. But I’ll be back!

Such a great place to go. Yes they are busy at times and sometimes they get a bit flustered but we are human, we make mistakes. If they are taking a bit longer they always apologize to me when I do receive my order. The strawberry frosted donut and coffee rolls are my absolute favorite!

I’ve been a regular for quite some years now, and the service and quality has gone way down. The service has become extremely short and rude, including by an employee who states they are a manager. Not making orders correctly, then getting mouthy when being asked to please correct it. Not common for me to give bad reviews, but this has become beyond ridiculous and I’m ready to take my business elsewhere…

I brought a special needs client. The staff totally blew him off, and didn’t even bother giving him his donuts. My client never lost his smile. And another lady help him. For the first time, my coffee was absolutely gross. Full of coffee grounds. I never complained or made a scene. I will come again, hopefully the staff is having a better day.
