LITERALLY THE WORST!!! I used to work for Starbucks for two years, I get the stress. But at the same time it’s never even that busy when I go. They always are forgetting items I mobile order (I would count on one hand the times they got all my items in one go and were nice to me about it). Then when I ask politely for them, they tell me I didn’t order it/roll their eyes/slam the window in my face etc. I have had times where someone comes out and asks why I’m still here…… uhm I’m waiting for the drink I paid for? They are not only all awful at their jobs but they don’t even have the decency to own up to their constant mistakes and be a genuinely nice person. There are two specific older girls, both with brown hair, that are the most condescending people you’ll ever meet. Don’t go here. Go anywhere else. I have given them chance after chance thinking they are busy, or it’s just this time of year. It’s all the time. There is no excuse for just being a rude person.

Ahhh on vacation for a week with no Dunkin around ..this was the first one we saw on my app! We went and ordered the woman behind the counter which was so sweet and nice so is the one that made our coffees We had an iced coffee and a cold brew….oh it tasted so so good!

Ordered an iced vanilla latte and received an iced coffee with vanilla syrup. Very obvious color and taste difference. Disappointing because of the $3 price increase between an iced coffee and a latte. Filled out the survey and was offered a free donut with a minimum of a medium drink purchase worker was nice and had order ready, but closed the window before I could say anything

My daughter and I walked over to Dunkin’ to grab some drinks and a couple of donuts. From what I could see, the inside of the store was really clean. They have picnic tables with umbrellas outside that you can use. The outside area was picked up and clean as well. The employee, Parker, took our order and then brought our items out to our table. He was really nice and seemed genuinely happy to be at work.

I ordered a blended vanilla and carmal chiller well it was suppose to be . Tasted like straight up strong coffee no flavor at all know whipped cream topping worse one I have ever had . Then I asked for a cinnamon roll and was given doughnut. I asked for a refund on both they told me they can’t give refunds I straight up gave them cash for my order they never asked me if I wanted then to remake my drink or anything to make it right . Worse service ever I won’t be going back that’s for sure.

My drinks are always good but they are always extremely slow and understaffed, especially on Mondays with the free coffee deal right now. The way they run their drive-thru is really inefficient and last week I did the walk up window for the first time and stood there for 30 minutes before an employee even came over to help me. If they had a couple more people on shift I think it would improve the service a ton.

Most inefficient drive thru I’ve ever been through. They won’t take the order until they’ve finished the previous order. Sitting at your order booth for 4-5 mins at a time is absolutely the worst management, training, service. Drive to the other location, this one is not worth your time and surprise surprise, La Crosse has ruined another chain.

They are training people but this place is a mess. Lol got wrong items they had to fix while I was in line. Didn’t have a muffin and since I had ordered via the app the person wouldn’t refund me what they didn’t give me. They screwed up my friends order they had to remake. I had to contact corporate to get my money back. Not worth the hassle to come here.

Need better communication telling people where to park when waiting for food because you will have to wait. Order was wrong, ordered sausage got bacon, ordered blueberry muffin n got a chocolate chip and the food was sub par n burnt. But they just opened so maybe they will get better.
