Pulled up about 8:30 am 6/10/23 all was fine I ordered two coffees and went great and then I said I wanted 5 breakfast sandwiches. The ladies tone instantly changed. I said nothing after asking for the sandwiches and she went on me about how she was short staffed, it would take too long, they were too busy, there was a long line in the wait area. Just her tone she said it was very nasty so I just canceled my whole order. I was the only one in the drive through and the parking lot was empty, except one car with one guy inside.

The Eau Claire location is great but we are so done with the Menomonie one. They are rude and don’t make things correctly. Got avocado toast today and they just decided not to toast the bread at all for some reason? And they are incredibly rude if you ask them to remake anything so just not even worth the hassle. The last time I asked the girl to add some coffee to my drink because she filled it half full only and she just rolled her eyes.

Manager there hates her job. I was inside ordering and watching her take drive through orders. She’s huffing and puffing to the people over the mike. A customer was ordering 6 donuts and she had grabbed a bag instead of a box. She threw the bag on the floor and heavily sighed. This is your job, how are you gonna throw stuff in front of customers

I was there on 3/19/23 and was very disappointed. We ordered a variety of 6 donuts and ate 2 of them within 1 hour and the 3rd about 3 hours later. They tasted and felt like they were a couple days old. Very dry and tasteless. Very disappointed! (I was in Menomonie, WI)

My wife and I went here for some donuts at 12:30 and there were 3 donuts left and this store is open until 8pm, dunkin donuts was great 30-40 years ago but this location and the 2 stores in eau claire are a joke, they never have enough donuts, there employees are rude and even the quality of the donuts has gone downhill every year plus they have gotten rid of really good donuts because of whiny people that have allergies, the people with allergies do not have to buy toasted coconut or peanut donuts but the 3 locations I mentioned have gotten rid of them which is not right at all to the people that do not have allergies. Overall dunkin donuts is far from anything good anymore.
