I was there the other day to pick up a mobile order. No one acknowledged me for what seemed like several minutes, they were all in their own little bubble. There were other people waiting to order, who were just standing there, and no one acknowledged they were there, Even the owner, who was there five feet away, couldn’t be bothered to look up from what he was doing. The other thing that was very noticeable was that no one was talking to each other. And there was no music playing, which is very noticeable, because it makes the place dead quiet. Service is rude. I asked for a minute to look into the menu and later he goes like “ehhh?” I was like wth dude and after ordering my 3 toasts in like 30 secs. He goes like “Too much”. I even had worst services in the past as the order came in nearly after 45 mins.

At 4:45 pm there were 2 employees. They had obviously been told to prioritize the drive-thru over in store . When I arrived there was one person with 3 or 4 children ahead of me. It took several minutes for their order to be placed and entered. After that order was taken, both employees went to create drive-thru orders, to the exclusion of all else . I waited about another 5 minutes to even have my presence acknowledged, only to be told I was standing in the wrong place. Once all orders ahead of me were filled, it still took several minutes to receive 1 black coffee and 2 donuts. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone else.

Took about 5 minutes after I pull up to the speaker for them to take my order. I ordered two donuts when I got the donuts when was fresh the other was stale it was about 9 a.m. in the morning on a Sunday. Very disappointed.

I wouldn’t recommend this location. Service is rude and drive through takes forever. I tried to give it one more chance by making a pickup order and when I got there they said they couldn’t find the order. With no apologetic or friendly attitude, they ended up making me a rushed and bad order. Definitely not returning.

I have ordered coffee and food from this location multiple times but they always make the coffee wrong and the food is always unappetizing. I ordered an iced americano with oat milk and I got regular Iced coffee with a little bit of oat milk on the bottom of the cup (like 2 tablespoons . I don’t leave bad reviews but every time I go here my order is messed up in some way.

Anyone holding up a sign needing a job, Dunkin Donuts needs help. I sat in the drive through line for over 10 minutes and watched about 9 cars come and go before I left.
