First timers at Dunkin’ Donuts. They were very nice/friendly & gave us time to look over everything. Explained all their sf flavorings. We stayed inside to eat & enjoy our coffees. We will definitely come back here when we come back to Duluth. Also, the mini stuffed everything bagels were a mega win for me!

Literally still in the parking lot while typing this review. I was stalling in the drive thru because I couldn’t find a drink I was looking for. I briefly explained to the guy what I was looking for, and a gal jumped on the speaker saying that she made one similar to what I was explaining yesterday and that she’d make it if I wanted to try. It was called a vanilla bean coolatta with hazelnut!! She handed it to me with a big smile on her face and I could tell she was so stoked and really cares about the drinks she makes. Not only was the service awesome, but she made me the YUMMIEST drink I’ve gotten from DD. it tastes like blended vanilla soft serve with a hint of coffee. So so so yummy. I wish I got her name so I could mention her specifically!!! <3

What seemed to be a simple fix turned into a bunch of children over talking me when I was just trying to explain how I usually get my drink. Not only that, no napkins, wrong straw, the drink was just poorly made (wrong from the start, no whipped cream no toppings) and I just wanted it remade. I did say that the staff was being condescending because they all seem to have attitudes Immediately when there was an issue (God forbid a customer makes a complaint at this establishment)… the girls standing behind the manager were shaking their heads smiling and giggling in the back (check the cameras) while I was talking to the manager which was very uncomfortable and very unprofessional. And I get that there may be new workers and mistakes happen but giggling and acting immature towards the situation is uncalled for. And instead of the manager handling that situation she wanted to let me know that she thinks it’s disrespectful that I said they were being condescending. As someone that’s worked in customer service for 35 years, I would never speak to someone with a sly attitude, a smirk on my face, and act like I was being helpful but I really being condescending. Kindness goes a long way in the world. A simple I’m sorry, let me fix it, while I was in the drive-thru would have been great. I’m just happy to know that my 17-year-old would never treat someone the way I was just treated at this establishment. There’s a difference between being honestly helpful and condescending. At the end of this I did get my drink remade but she was clearly upset that she had to do it. Again, I work customer service, I have no problem redoing things for customers to make them happy, that’s my job. And it’s so simple. Maybe they’ll take this as a learning experience maybe not. I just wanted to give my review on my experience on Saturday July 1st drive-thru time 12:31 p.m.

Hard to go wrong with Dunkin’. I only started coming back here this month after seeing their $2 coffee happy hour. The staff have been consistently personable and positive. They are often pretty busy but get through orders quickly nevertheless.

Coffee black and 2 Boston Cream ‘s to go, yum! Pleasant staff. Used the drive thru service. Nothing noteworthy happened good or bad. Being detail oriented, presentation is everything. A bit disappointed that Dunkin Donuts detail lacked when icing the Boston Cream ‘s. It was a very good tasting, just nothing made the experience great.

Occasionally, this location will take longer than expected to prepare an order. Plus, I would like more consistency. Sometimes I’ve had some frozen drinks with a lot more ice than other times. It still tastes good, but the exact same product is what I expect from a chain restaurant. Nonetheless, I’m happy with the customer service and portions served.

I don’t write reviews like ever but I need to for this place. I won’t go in to detail but I live close to this location. So I do here because it’s close and more convenient. Any first off the service is kinda bad. I went in one day just to get something quick before I went home. I went inside to change things up and didn’t end up getting ANYTHING because all the staff who were probably around 16-20 were in the back giggling and clearly saw me. I wait about 10 minutes and decided to just go though the drive through half my stuff was missing and when I called they said it was my fault. The food… the food is not bad tbh but what’s bad about it is that they don’t melt the cheese and sometimes cold. But don’t get me started with there donuts there not fresh and not soft there hard and crunchy. Anyway I could say wayyy more but I’m not going to. Have a good/night

I ordered a medium iced matcha latte with oat milk, I got home put the straw in it and there was so much ice I couldn’t even move it around. I spent $7+ on this and I finished it in less than 10 sips because of the sheer amount of ice they put in it. Very disappointed.

I’m the past I’ve been privy to Starbucks or caribou, but not anymore! Every time I stop at this Dunkin, I have the best experience. The food is always fresh, the coffee is amazing, and the glazed donuts are comparable to those of Krispy Kreme. When I first started going here, I wasn’t sure which coffee I would like because there are so many options! However, the workers took time to breakdown the menu and give me amazing recommendations! Now I have my go to coffee order there! Absolutely recommend this place, fantastic people, quality food, and strong coffee!
