I ordered an egg and cheese wrap and by the time I was down the street and opening the bag I found that the egg in the wrap was cold and the slice of cheese was cold, not remotely warm or melted. And my boyfriend’s egg and cheese croissant was the same. And this is not the first time, almost every time I go they get my order wrong whether it’s giving me a different Bagel than I ordered or totally different flavor of Munchkins. I’ve given so many chances but I’m so tired of having to drive back to the drive-thru for them to correct my order or turn around and drive back to the shop just to have them fix it. I will not be going back to this location anymore

I love Dunkin! My one complaint would be that they always seem to be out of the coffee donuts when I go through. 🙁 They are SO good, so I understand why they’re a popular item, but they need to start making more of them in anticipation of the volume of sales.

DEMOLISH THIS INCOMPETENT PLACE!!!!!! Last week, no doughnuts mid afternoon, today, very terrible low doughnut selection, self proclaimed by employee even. Put a krustys doughnuts there instead, or a Krispy Kreme, Ginny mays!!! Hy vee better than dd too!

Nice area to but donuts and drinks in the morning. It gets busy so I ordered a take out in the morning. I get they are busy, but when I came in, the staff didn’t attend right away even though I was the only one there at the take out. Food was still good tho!
