They do make good coffee and store is well maintained. However they recently tried to overcharge (i believe on purpose) for a cup of coffee by charging me for an iced coffee when I ordered it hot. I asked the girl at the register when did the price go up? She even confirmed I ordered hot and it wasn’t until the manager looked over (because I wasn’t being fooled) and corrected the amount. Sadly from my personal experience this common among the Indian (from India) community.

Every three or four months or so, I come here again, having somehow forgotten that they always get my order wrong, the bagels are always stale and hard, and my drink is always half full and barely warm. I could forgive if it was just a couple times, but it’s pretty consistently the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, and I wish I had a better memory, cuz it’s basically my own fault at this point that I keep going back. I don’t like to post negative reviews, but over the last decade and change, nothing has improved, so I feel like people have a right to know. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but I doubt it.

Me and my fiancé went yesterday and there was a young white guy working alone behind the counter. We were in the only ones in the dive through and nobody was in the store yet he messed up both of our drinks and burnt our bacon till it was black. I ordered a flavored coffee and got a plain coffee and she ordered a hot latte and got a room temperature latte (idk how that even happens). Only reason I still have the review 3 stars is because sometimes they get it right but lately it’s been rough. I’m going to start going to the other locations that aren’t that much further from us.

The staff here might be former Disney World employees, because they are always super friendly and happy! We love coming here. They always get our drinks right and the donuts are fresh no matter the time of day. I wish I had asked the most recent employee for her name, because she deserves employee of the year! She was awesome! (To be continued because I’m going back to get her name)

Bad service. I wanted to order the two for $6 bacon, egg and cheese croissants without the bacon. They said it would be more money without bacon, I then asked if they could put the bacon on the side instead of on the sandwich and they said no it wouldn’t be the promotion then. I recommend not shopping at this Dunkin donuts!
