I arrived to pick up my order as it was ready but it wasn’t. Lady there didn’t have it ready until after I arrived. If it’s a mobile order, please have it ready before we come in. I get tired of this often when I stop by here. I’m done. Update: i went by again today, they didn’t have it ready until after arriving. Wow. Service I guess is now pretty low and unsatisfactory. Won’t bother stopping by again, thanks for the memories.

I received very poor customer service here on multiple occasions. First off, they are out of stock on items almost every day. So good luck if you’re craving a breakfast sandwich or a wrap…I was reluctant to give them another try but I did, and I regret it.

Worst Service… not once but couple times they delivered bad service. One of the best example on their expertise – Placed an order thru’ an app for 8 Hashbrowns. Firstly, these guys dont have an order with them, had to announce what an order and go to the window. Rep handed over 1 with 6 pieces of hashbrowns in it. I had to tell her, its not 1 but 8. She got back with 2 pieces of hashbrowns in other bag to sum it up to 8 pieces instead 8 bags of it… at the end rep informed of running out of hashbrowns hence she had to compensate with 2 donuts but cant refund.

I picked my 5yo son up from school and we wanted some ice cream. Ok, well I wanted some ice cream and he didn’t object. So, I told him we’re going to a cool ice cream place with real ice cream and a bunch of different flavor. He seems excited – me more so. We arrive and the location looks nice and new. Walk inside and my son says “fancy”, because it’s a pretty new location and it’s nice inside. They even have their own little mini conference room for business meetings. 3 employees at the time and when I ordered my son’s vanilla shake there seemed to be some sort of inside joke going on between the employees. Was it about me? My son? The prospects of another dimension accessible through a space time work hole? Idk, but it made me feel kinda uneasy. I then ordered my mint chocolate chip shake and the same snickering again. Hmmmmmm… not sure what to make of it. The shakes seemed pretty pricey but it is real ice cream and I think Oberweis down the street is pretty similar. So, 3stars overall, but maybe they just aren’t used to in-person customers yet? Idk. Maybe next time things will be better…

I tried to order the hash browns at the drive thru in the evening on 11th march, that said they are out of hash browns. This is the first time a Dunkin was out of hash browns, Dunkin never goes out of hash browns.

Extremely SLOW drive thru service ; the one car ahead of me had to wait 5 minutes to get their order at the window ! I placed my order then I pulled up to the window ; it took them 10 minutes to put together a single fruit smoothie ? ? From the time I pulled up to the order kiosk, to when I got my actual drink it took 15 minutes ; way too long ! !

I ordered coffee and 3 sesame bagels with cream cheese. There was barely any cream cheese in the bagels. Looked like the employee barely touched our bagels with the spreader. It’s happening with other DD places too. Slow service. They don’t care about customer!

Worst service ever. Walked inside at 1 pm in the afternoon with 0 people. Waited 15 mins to watch one person take out the garbage and the other take an order for an ice coffee from the drive thru which arrived after we walked in. 0 acknowledgement. Not a single “I’ll be with you in a min”.
