They got my order wrong twice, my box o Joe was leaking and what it is worse is that I have to ask for cups, sugar, etc! The person looked at me like it is not supposed to be part of my order. Not only that was bad, I ordered donuts and no napkins were provided, so when I asked for napkins, he was already mad and the napkins he provided me looked like garbage inside the bag. Awful customer service!!!!!

8/11/21. I get the world is short staffed but there is absolutely no reason it should take 23 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Only 4 cars ahead of me as well. Also know they were only accepting orders through their drive through. I won’t even mention how dirty things were. A friendly call to the health department it is. To the owners, you’re welcome for the warning in this review

We ordered iced coffee and it tasted like it had sour milk in it. I went in and expressed my concerns and asked to be refunded. Was told flat out that the milk was not sour (although he never even checked) and refused to issue a refund, but that he would remake our order. He proceeded to remake the coffee with what I can only assume was the same container of milk (it was already open) and it still tasted sour. One star is far too generous of a review for this place .

This Dunken Donuts is not good. The customer service is not that great. Often the cashier seems grumpy or upset. And the food is mediocre. Sometimes the donuts I get are a little wet feeling. I’m not sure I’ll be going here again. Update… Tried to go again, and still the same horrible service. Not going back.

I am only giving this two stars cause the staff is nice. Unless you want a black coffee then walk into the store. They NEVER get my order right and I am very clear what I want and repeat it several times. So just go in so you can double check everything right there. There are so many times that they get something wrong is a little sad. But this is right by work and I sometimes need some Dunkin Donuts. Again the staff is nice – but always go in.
