Extremely slow, rude staff and now they have a “mobile pickup” drive through lane that is apparently able to “cut the rest of the line and has priority” (according to the Dunkin workers) over the 10+ cars that have been waiting in line for over 15+ minutes. So there’s extremely rude people in their car trying to cut you off in the other line and almost hitting your car 🙂 DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this location. Workers just laugh at the fact the customers get pushed out of the line by the rude people in the “mobile pickup” line almost causing accidents. Will never be back to this location. Oh, and after you’ve been in line for 15+ minutes and you get to the window your order isn’t even ready!

Stopped off at DD for some donuts to take back home with us (5 hours away) after visiting our son in Crystal Lake for a few days. We ordered a half dozen filled donuts and not a one of them was filled. We were already on our way home when we discovered this. That just isn’t right. Most of them had the donut hole, which was obvious, but even the long John had nothing inside. We should have known better seeing the whole left side was the menu board has coffees and such and the right side has breakfast and other sandwiches. The donut menu section was almost nonexistent. One would think donuts would be their main venue. There‘s plenty of places to buy sandwiches and coffee. We won’t be back.

It was a horrible experience the young kids they have working are rude and don’t care about the customers. I was standing waiting for someone to help me for 15min. Mind you it was empty. I walked in the girl seen me ignored I was there I asked her can you help me she said wait a sec. Then they all left to the back still not getting my order. Then they came back to the front I asked again can someone help me the girl ignored me took the order for the drive through while the other girl mopped the floor. This is horrible they need to teach these kids customer service. I will never go there again…

Back in town hit this Dunkin Donuts What was I thinking?! When I lived here orders always messed up missing items wrong ingredients totally forgot. WELL NOTHING HAS CHANGED! No coffee Hello it’s a “Coffee Shop” Then when I finally get my cup after 11 mins in line IT WAS WRONG ordered Large Black! Get Large with Cream and sugar! Tag on cup clearly states Black even says XL! Clearly not what I ordered! Nothing ever changes How do they constantly mess up and stay in business??

I am picky with my coffee places. The worst are those that are on the left-side of the road when heading towards downtown Chicago without a traffic light in front, making pulling out impossible. This DD is on the correct side of the road (just turn right when heading to work), fresh donuts and bagels and coffee that is cheaper than Starbucks, which i find to be over priced.

This location has gone downhill in the last year, but I feel it’s a staffing issue, more than an issue with staff. Over worked, understaffed, and underpaid is likely the cause of the insanely long lines and messed up orders. Hope they work on their management skills, and help bring the store back to the higher quality it had just 3 years ago.
