I go out of my way to this location because they know how to make coffee! This place makes it perfect every time. The manager Jalpa is one of the greatest employees I’ve seen at work and all the other employees are just as fabulous following her lead and example. I love drive-through’s, having to walk in because they have no drive-through to get my coffee doesn’t bother me one bit because of the excellence they provide.

I came into this establishment and was disrespected by a employee by the name of Ranjanben Pa. I asked for a reimbursement or an Exchange for a donut that has been seating out in the open since the morning and It’s stale and hard to bite into,it is currently 6:30pm. She rudely berated/ insulted me in front of a customer stating that she will not give me my money back nor will she exchange my donuts.she told me instead if I don’t like it then throw it away. I drove 8 minutes to this Dunkin because all other shops was out of old fashion donuts to be disrespected

If there are a few people in there waiting, try to avoid it. There’s no system to get your stuff. You don’t get a receipt when you buy something so they will just put whatever they make on the table and expect the customers to sort it out. Individual food items will be put in there own bag and brought out at different times. If you and 4 other people order ice coffee with certain instructions, good luck.

I stopped here to get a coffee. The lady was rude to me and insisted I buy more than coffee. I obliged. after that, I was planning my trip in the parking lot and she came out speaking another language shewing me away with her hands as if I was a story animal. Unbelievable. I’ll gladly travel to the next Dunkin rather than ever stop here again.
