Not a good experience! I ended up getting an iced coffee when I ordered a cold brew. I know what cold brew taste like. This was not a cold brew. The counter person was a bit on the rude side I will not be going back.

Don’t go on Sundays. The coffee is perfect, hot and on point any other day. I drive especially from Crystal lake to get my coffee here on weekdays. On Sundays when they have those teenagers working coffee is cold, stale, proportions of cream and sugar are off, it’s a waste of my time and it happens only on Sundays.

Staff here is generally pretty rude in the early morning. Granted, no one wants to be up this early, but the 2 people that are there every morning seem to be so unhappy. Also, about 60% of the time they mess up my order, and they blame me for not being specific and just look at me to take the messed up order.

Yes, it’s the worst location in McHenry. Can’t make a coffee consistently. Oh and a large iced coffee is 50 cents more here than in Lakemoor or Volo. Just go to another location and you will be happier.

This is the worst dunkin ever. Coffee is ALWAYS wrong- they have given me hot rather than iced numerous times and their coffee is so watered down. They gave my fiancées a blueberry donut instead of a glazed, he split a piece off to check, and then went back to say it was the wrong donut. Well, they put that donut back on the shelf to resell after his hands were all over it. I’ll never eat anything from here again.

This place is horrendous. I was the only person inside, and I waiting for over 10 minutes before being help. I watched about 8 cars pull up and go before I was greeted, and had my order made incorrectly twice. Not only was it made incorrectly, I don’t know what they made, it was absolutely disgusting both times.

Not really sure who manages or even owns this store and im really not sure how this location is in business, but when the drive thru signs was lit up saying it was open and the hours on the door say they close at 9. I attempted to go in purchase some items and found the door was lock. What is even more interesting is that some random person, not sure if it was a employee was sitting at one of the tables near the window looking very confused as multiple people tried to open the door. What’s even better is that my wife was at the same location 30min before me wanting to order from the drive thru and sat at the teller machine for about 5 minutes before being told to wait long by the so called employee. How busy can you possibly be when the front door is locked?

Just stopped to fet coffee for me and my daughter 1 coffee was hot and the other was an iced carmel coffee and it had no Carmel and ordered 2 sesame bagels with cream cheese worst bagels never had a problem before 1 was sesame the other was plain and it barely had any cream cheese i felt i was only eating the bread.
