I order from the app and getting my coffee was taking longer and longer. So to accommodate, I was putting my order in 15 min ahead of time. Still, when I pulled up it wasn’t ready. And when I point it out, they say “ok” and LITERALLY drag their feet while going to get it. And then hand it to me with no apology. It’s been months. Today, i finally told them I’ve had enough. I’ll go out of my way to order my coffee from a different location bcuz they clearly don’t care about their customers here.

Best service in experienced at ANY DD stores within 10 miles radius that I have been at. Morning staff is great. Always the right order, some even remember your name or call your name based on your order. Afternoon and evening shift can use a boost but I am sure they dont have that much traffic as mornings. Very happy with their service.

This store always has an issue every single time I visit. They run out of popular donuts at 9 am. Not a single time I have got my order right. Something is always missing. I came through the DT because I had kids. They forgot my sandwich and asked me to come in to pick it up.

Cashier looked and acted like she would rather have been anywhere besides there. I received a blank face and voice the entire transaction, and she took her time preparing the drinks, despite the being a line. I had card issues that I always have at every DD, and she had little patience for it. They were out of large straws, and I wasn’t going to continue waiting after the first couple minutes of being ignored at the counter. Green tea was saccharine and hardly drinkable.
