We’ve had mixed experience at this location. Sometimes the service is excellent, coffee never wrong, all choices of food are available. At other times, coffee cups are not closed right enough, lids are leaking…. Last few times employees inside were not wearing masks, or doing the “under the nose” thing. In general, the weekday crew seems to be more “on top” than the weekend one – with a few exceptions. Still, you can’t beat the taste/caffeine/value of DD coffee.

I really like this Dunkin. There’s one closer to my house where the drive through line goes around the building practically and it used to make me late to work (my bad). But I come here now and the people that work here are so quick and work really hard. They have made the best mocha for me, believe me, I’ve had other Dunkin’s mochas. I always know that when I come here for morning mocha, they will get it not just right, but PERFECT!!! UPDATE: I come here like 2-3 times a week and the cashier has now memorized my order. She is so sweet, and I hope these employees are appreciated so much by the customers. When you go someplace whether it be shopping, a restaurant, a coffee shop, the general attitude of employees really does impact one’s day. Every morning I come here, I walk away with a little spring in my step because everyone here is kind and delivers with a smile.

Service was ok, until…..i got most of my items, then the cashier started looking at me then proceeded to point into my vehicle with an “ok u can leave now” attitude. When she didn’t finish giving me my order. That was rude to say the least. I was nice tho, I have been in there shoes, but if u don’t like your job, get more education and find something else. Just sayin’. Second time today a middle aged cashier has been rude. Wow!
