I keep telling myself to give this place “one more chance” because its conveniently located near so many stores. However, each visit has problems like so many other reviews here. The orders are usually wrong and/or incomplete which is surprising because I can see my own order on their screens. Today, my order of a butter pecan frozen signature latte haf too much syrup, hints of mocha and what appeared to be oreo crumbled on top … nothing like how other places make it. The staff are usually rude and often seem annoyed to help customers. Often times they’ll chit chat with each other before attempting to help a customer. The seating here is limited, parking is a nightmare, and there is no drive thru. Will need to stick to DD at 176/21 and 45/83 from now on.

Being a coldstone fan tried baskin and robbins for the first time. I am not much impressed in terms of quality and taste of their ice creams but definitely cheaper. Even the service is not as good because clearly only one person is taking care of the entire store.

Historically the worst coffee of any Dunkin Donuts in the area by far. Today I was compelled to finally leave a review after years of people getting the orders wrong and such. The iced caramel latte tasted like water and was not cold. It was the worst made coffee I have ever had in my life, unfortunately.
