They didn’t tell me as I was ordering that they didn’t have something made it anyway with things missing, still charged for the missing items. The water that they use tastes so bad like a well water never coming back to this one. Would avoid at all costs.

Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted with regular cream cheese, and Americano coffee, for $8.50. Coffee is subpar and the cup is leaking a lot, but the bagel is ROCK HARD and inedible. Have to throw it out.

This locatiom is part of a gas station. The service was not good and they seemed to be annoyed I was there. Smaller variety of donuts than the larger locations. Also quality of the breakfast sandwich is not on par with other locations.

Typical franchise problem. Had tried to call earlier with a question. No one picked up the phone after several tries. They don’t have the staff to answer calls. One guy operating drive thru and the kitchen all together.

Customer service needs a whole lot of inprovement and training. Horrible. It seems that people who works here are miserable and unhappy.
