It was 1pm. Only one young girl working….and she was hopping!! Long line at the drive thru. She didn’t hear me come in. I was quiet so when she was near I said Good Morning. I only needed a donut so she helped me quickly to get back to the drive thru. It was a tough situation handled well. Kudos to the lone worker in charge!!

This place needs some training from the manager down. It’s a trickle effect when the manager has an attitude and rolls her eyes and don’t help you when a product is out after you ordered it. Also there’s a Hispanic girl little heavier with glasses she’s rude when it comes to customer service. She tries to act like the manager and she’s not. She needs to be retrained or let go. I will not be coming back her and will make sure my friends and family don’t as well. Please train your staff better if you want a more friendly atmosphere.

The worst everything. Coffee looks, smells and tastes like dirty water. Ordered a croissant, got a burrito. A mocha and got a matcha. Once i ordered donut holes, and they threw some in a bag.. no little box. I’m all for saving the boxes, plastics etc, but that was weird. But mostly, the coffee tastes terrible.

Hispanic lady works there, I m truck driver,16 years ago. I asked the lady fill my own cup for hot water .She said 0.50$+ tax, I never seen someone charge hot water. I don’t mind give her 0.50$ but she is attitudes & BS too much, I didn’t get hot water from her. Truck driver’s & buddies do not buy anything from this DD!!!! 03-09-23 16:45 pm!!!!

Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for a bagel I could throw at the wall and nothing would happen to it. Chai latte was awful. Not fair. Spent $9 for something I could not eat or drink. Not to mention, the workers are not professional at all. Pretty much every drive-thru experience has been bad for me with the employees being rude, lagging, or handing me stale bagels with hardly any cream cheese. I’ll take my money to another location.

Have gone a few times in the mornings and afternoons and they always have donuts that seem a day old. I would try to go to a different Dunkin’ in the area if you can. Not worth getting an upset stomach.
