This Dunkin has been ran by rude staff who never have a smile on their face. The have someone new today who was older who I’ve never seen before who had a spirited attitude but that was a first. Anyways. This dunkin never gets orders right and needs to be told exactly how things have to be done. I get an avacado toast everywhere and they always get it right except this dunkin. Sometimes they forget to put bacon in general or never toast the bread! First Picture will be from a different dunkin and next 3 will be from wauconda dunkin. Today I found a beard or mustache thick hair in my box. Gross. Please change out the staff. My job is right next to here so this sucks that it’s the only dunkin that I pass and I unfortunately have to deal with my food being made incorrectly and just cut up my bacon, toast it and sprinkle it myself. Sad.

This place needs new management and staff. It should not take 15 minutes to make two coffees and a wrap. The people are very cold and not welcoming at all. They act like you’re bothering them when at the counter. Orders get messed up and items are missing, causing you to go back up to the counter. How can we get all new people to work there?

Every time I go to this Dunkin, they are rude and hardly ever get my order right. Today I was missing an item also had croissants and they were rubbery, couldn’t eat them, gave them to my dog. I’ve had the window slammed in my face. Never a thank you, come again, etc. I will not be going to this Dunkin again. I’ve contacted the owner who has been very nice and concerned. He needs to fire the whole staff and train and start over.

MUDBROTHER
I normally stop by this location and have never had issues like this morning. I work all day today and wanted to treat myself. I get the same thing every time. When I went to pay for my 1 drink I ordered, she said it was over $10. She handed me a lemon loaf and when I told her I didn’t order it she looked at me sideways. The manager didn’t want to refund me for the lemon loaf (didn’t want to give me back my money for something I DID NOT order.) and wouldn’t scan my app to let me use my points for my drink. I can’t see myself returning to this location anytime soon.

I can’t give it anymore stars. The staff NEEDS training and better management. The people r swearing at each other while right at the window next to us. They don’t know the menus and even after making u go to the window they forget what u ordered and have to ask again. Very very poor.
