We weren’t sure the location was open because there was not a single car in the parking lot and no one behind the counter when we first walked in. It’s a large stand alone building and appears to be clean. Gentlemen that helped me was polite. I ordered a chocolate malt it was very good. The donut were a little out of order so decided what we wanted was a little difficult.

I hate going to this Dunkin’ donuts but it’s really on my way to my destination all the time today was icing in the cake. I was at the drive-through speaker for 10 minutes without a single word from them I even drove up to the window and nobody was there. The only reason I stayed again is because it’s it’s close to my destination. My order number is #4155. The time was 2:43 PM. October 11. 1st lady was trying to give me 3 coffees without the tray. I had to ask for it and she made it seem like if I was a crazy one. The 2nd lady she was talking ill about another customer infront of me making eye contact So naturally I thought she was talking about me that’s when she clarified “I’m not talking about you” I get to the job site only to be informed a very small cup of hot chocolate was supposed to be medium. It was put into a small with a medium sticker. Really not coming here anymore. I’ll travel far for Dunkin rather than to come here.

AS ALWAYS they were out of croissants….. 95% of the times I’ve gone to this location and others in the nearby area there are so many basic items they are out of. They do not order based on what people like…. That or they just don’t like making croissants!

I always enjoy a good cup of coffee or ice coffee and this is the place i always go to. I only rate it a 3 is because the staff walk around and act like they don’t want to be there or are always complaining about something or have an attitude when it comes to customer service or even working or interacting. The reps that were there before were awesome always fun to chat with but now it’s depressing even going through the drive thru.

I just want it to be acknowledged that there are some wonderful employees that work here. They deserve a raise in my opinion because they are courteous and work very hard. I’ve witnessed very rude customers and they handle the customers very professionally. I come in here daily. I don’t know their names, but one has beads in her hair, one guy has long braids, one is a younger Hispanic guy, and the last one is a younger Hispanic girl, I don’t remember her name but it started with a J.
