I had ordered some Dunkin before my shift and when I checked my bag before leaving I noticed a mistake was done. My order was inaccurate. I let employer that I had received the wrong item. I was still charged difference. I was in rush but felt disappointed for being charged for a mistake.

This Duncan is the place that deserves our business. They apologized for another Duncan’s actions and made me change my mind about leaving Duncan for Starbucks. These guys care about their customers. The offer I was trying to use from the Duncan app was honored here whereas the other Duncan would not. They tried distancing themselves from the app whereas this one said that it was a representation of their company so they would honor it. I will never set foot in the other one because their app offers never seem to work. (I think its their way of not wanting to give us those prices) people are usually in a hurry to worry about it at that moment. I will gladly continue my purchases of my favorite coffees at this location where their customers matter!! Thank you Duncan. Very happy with your services!

Went in to get 3coffees with 3 espresso shots lady charged me $48. Went on to another dunking asked for the same order total came out to be 21.86$. Called back to see what happened she said we don’t charge the same as every dunkin our prices are different. So you meant to say you charge more than a freaking Starbucks would charge! This is ridiculous the cashier didn’t even know what she was doing she just kept on laughing at the time of the order I repeated my order back 3 times and each time she was laughing. Then I asked her how much a large coffee with 3 espresso shots coated and she said 7.16 and I asked her ok so if I ordered 3 coffee that same way what is my total she said 48.16. Can some one please get her back in school, somebody is stealing my money!

Ordered online and had it delivered, and not only was I missing the donuts we’d ordered, but the hot chai latte I’d ordered was instead iced and had the sticker on it proclaiming it to be a hot chai latte. If this was the only time I’ve had an incorrect order, that would be one thing, but the last time we went inside and ordered, the avocado bacon tomato sandwich came to us as only a single piece of avocado toast. If this is the quality of service that can be expected, you may want to consider a different location.

I used to be my favorite place but I got tired of the employees being lazy they tell you they don’t have a product just so they don’t have to clean the machine how is it 10:00 in the morning and they’re out of syrup to make a Frozen coffee every time I come it’s either they don’t have none other machines down they just wanted the hardest machines to clean so they don’t use it so they don’t have to clean it

If you can go to another DD you should. This location has poor customer service. They have supposedly have a sign that states that they are understaffed. That doe not mean to ignore customers when they come to the mic. They should state an approximate wait time so the customer can decide if they want to wait. Emily the manager needs better customer service trading. So do the employees.
